跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　李忠跃，男，1959年生于四川省营山县，定居成都市新都区。现为央视书画频道签约艺术家、中国网络书法联盟理事。中国教育电视台《水墨丹青栏目》-水墨丹青书画院会员，国家高级书法师，2018年参加了《第八届书画》网络大赛荣获二等奖。2019年11月30日参加了《御宝嘉和》拍卖行举办书法拍卖作品会，其中《大海无边天作岸，登高绝顶我为峰》进行了拍卖。2021年年6月参加了《荣宝斋》举办的拍卖会。网上可查;书法世家，从小在父亲的影响下，热爱书法。1978年12月来到东北辽宁，参加中国人民解放军铁道兵第九师四十二团一营战士、通信班长，在部队期间，多次参加师、团的书法比赛，作品多次获奖，改工后一直从事财务工作至今。在工作之余，临过王羲之的行书楷书。曾拜过河北省书法家牛逍为师学习行书。参加当地政府举办的书法大赛多次获奖，主攻楷书和隶书尤擅行书。

I am currently a contracted artist for CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel and a director of the China Online Calligraphy Alliance. He is a member of the Ink Painting and Calligraphy Academy of China Education Television's Ink Painting and Calligraphy Program and a national senior calligrapher. In 2018, he participated in the 8th Online Painting and Calligraphy Competition and won the second prize. On November 30, 2019, I participated in the calligraphy auction held by the "Yubao Jiahe" auction house, where "The boundless sea and the sky make the shore, climbing to the summit, I am the peak" was auctioned off. In December 1978, he arrived in Liaoning, Northeast China and joined the First Battalion of the 42nd Regiment of the 9th Division of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Railway Corps as a soldier and communication squad leader. During his time in the army, he participated in calligraphy competitions between divisions and regiments multiple times, and his works won multiple awards. After changing jobs, he has been working in finance ever since. In my spare time, I came across Wang Xizhi's running script and regular script. I once studied running script under the guidance of the calligrapher Niu Xiao from Hebei Province. I have won multiple awards in calligraphy competitions organized by the local government, specializing in regular script and clerical script, and am particularly skilled in running script。
