　　跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　高树升，字中得，男，汉族，1967年出生于内蒙古包头市，文化程度，大专，现为中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员，内蒙古包头市美术家协会会员，内蒙古包头市书法家协会会员。自幼喜爱书画，对传统书画有一定基础，对书画理论也有研究。其书画作品为国内多人收藏。作品在2010年参加首届航天生物杯书画大赛获纪念奖。2015年度参加第一届全国书法艺术网络大赛获优秀奖。2017年作品《山水伴城居》，《桥上喜相逢》入选内蒙古包头市中国画作品展。2017年作品入选《墨缘巴黎一荣耀法国艺术殿堂》纪念邮票。2018年，楷书诸葛亮《诫子书》入选包头市政协庆祝改革开放四十周年书画展。2019年，楷书《国庆赞》入选包头市庆祝新中国成立七十周年包头市书法摄影创作精品展。

　　Gao Shusheng, also known as Zhongde, male, Han ethnicity, was born in 1967 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. He has a college degree and is currently a member of the China Huaxia Wanli Running Calligraphy Painters Association, the Baotou Artists Association, and the Baotou Calligraphers Association. I have loved calligraphy and painting since childhood, and have a certain foundation in traditional calligraphy and painting. I also have research on calligraphy and painting theory. His calligraphy and painting works are collected by many people in China. The work won a commemorative award in the first Aerospace Biology Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2010. In 2015, participated in the first National Calligraphy Art Network Competition and won the Excellent Award. In 2017, his works "Surrounding the City with Mountains and Waters" and "Happy Meeting on the Bridge" were selected for the Chinese Painting Exhibition in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. In 2017, the work was selected as a commemorative stamp for "The Glory of French Art in Paris". In 2018, Zhuge Liang's "Jiezi Shu" in regular script was selected for the Baotou City Political Consultative Conference to celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up in the calligraphy and painting exhibition. In 2019, the regular script "National Day Praise" was selected for the Baotou City Calligraphy and Photography Creation Exhibition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
