　　杜春富，男，汉族，山东省肥城市人，1938年2月生。中共党员，副教授，当代著名书法家，曲阜师范大学中文系毕业，先后任中学、中专语文教师;大专汉语写作教研室主任和德州市疾病预防控制中心健康教育副主任技师，主编巜德州卫生》报。 现任中国文联委员，中国书画联谊会新文艺羣体工作委员会委员，中国楹联学会会员兼任书画研究系教授，中央国家机关书协会员。国家一级书法师资质。

　　其自幼酷爱中国文学和书画，二十世纪五十年代曾于济南市师从书画大家张茂才、黑伯龙先生，自此便矢志不渝，笔耕不辍，几十年来，遍临历代书法名家碑帖，逐步形成碑帖融合、形体开张、线条劲健挺拔、刚柔相济的个人风格，常在国家级专业报刋面世，并屡入国展，受到方家和社会的好评与认可。近20年来，获各类奖项5O余次，出版个人书法集或书画联展合集60多部，并将书法作品镌刻于中国瓷器和工艺品玉扣上，作为国礼赠送国内外友人和政要嘉宾。为此，被授予"中国兰亭工艺美术终身成就奖";“中国书画艺术终身成就奖”;"德艺双馨艺术家”;”国礼书法大师"和“大国文化形象大使”等荣誉称号，其个人肖像、简历、书画作品被收藏于“国家国宝档案”并荣登世界艺术百强榜。还入编《中国国学人才库》、《中国国学研究员大典》和《世界美术家大辞典～书法篆刻卷》;还被收录“中国国粹网”。
