跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　朱耀瑛，字墨龙，号草堂斋主，男，汉族，一九四一年生，山东省新泰市人，副教授，享受国务院特殊津贴。中国艺术创作院泰山分院副院长兼秘书长，中国·北京《东方文艺社》记者，八四年毕业于中国书画函授大学。出身书香门第，自幼酷爱书法，中年后专攻小楷，作品多次在省级以上报刊杂志发表，并在日本、新加坡、香港等地展销。2009年11月多幅作品在人民大会堂展出。作品《心经》被镌刻在北京八达岭新长城上。作品被中国美国法國制成邮册。中美法授予杰出华人艺术家。被中国国学研究会授予国宝艺术家称号。

　　Zhu Yaoying, styled Mo Long, also known as Cao Tang Zhai Zhu, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1941 in Xintai City, Shandong Province, is an associate professor and enjoys special allowances from the State Council. Vice President and Secretary General of Mount Taishan Branch of China Academy of Art Creation, reporter of Oriental Literature and Art Society in Beijing, China, graduated from the correspondence university of Chinese painting and calligraphy in 1984. Born into a scholarly family, he has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood. In middle age, he specialized in small regular script. His works have been published in newspapers and magazines at or above the provincial level multiple times, and have been exhibited and sold in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other places. In November 2009, multiple works were exhibited at the Great Hall of the People. The work "Heart Sutra" is engraved on the New Great Wall of Badaling in Beijing. The work was made into a stamp album by China, the United States, and France. China, the United States, and France award outstanding Chinese artists. Awarded the title of National Treasure Artist by the Chinese National Studies Research Association.
