跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　韦承宗，1965年3月生，中国翰玺书画院集团有限公司董事局主席，中国翰玺书画院终身院长。毕业于中国美术学院和中央美术学院，主攻中国传统山水画及绘画和书法理论研究，多篇论文发表于国家核心期刊。曾连续获得2010年和2012年两届全国当代山水画大展金奖，其作品气势磅礴，用笔用墨堪称老道，运用深度透视将近景、中景、远景，层层推进表现得淋漓尽致，深受中外收藏家的亲睐。2010年在徐悲鸿纪念馆举办个人书画展，山水画“雅趣图”被徐悲鸿纪念馆收藏，廖静文馆长亲笔题写："中国翰玺书画院美术馆“并合影留念作永久珍藏。

　　2021年经国礼艺术家组委会研究决定，授予韦承宗同志《国礼艺术家》荣誉称号!

　　多幅作品被中国驻外大使馆、总领事馆、领事馆、钓鱼台国宾馆、徐悲鸿纪念馆等重要机构及国内外友好人士收藏，其书画作品在卢浮宫、大英博物馆、美国大都会博物馆、台北故宫博物馆等世界四大博物馆及60个国家及地区做巡展。

　　Wei Chengzong, born in March 1965, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Hanxi Calligraphy and Painting Academy Group Co., Ltd. and the Lifetime Dean of China Hanxi Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Graduated from the China Academy of Fine Arts and the Central Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in research on traditional Chinese landscape painting, painting, and calligraphy theory. Multiple papers have been published in national core journals. He has won two consecutive gold medals at the National Contemporary Landscape Painting Exhibition in 2010 and 2012. His works are magnificent, and his brushstrokes and ink can be regarded as old-fashioned. He uses deep perspective to vividly depict close-up, mid-range, and distant scenes, and is highly favored by collectors both at home and abroad. In 2010, a personal calligraphy and painting exhibition was held at the Xu Beihong Memorial Hall. The landscape painting "Yaqu Tu" was collected by the Xu Beihong Memorial Hall. Director Liao Jingwen personally wrote "China Hanxi Calligraphy and Painting Academy Art Museum" and took a group photo as a permanent collection.

　　In 2021, after research and decision by the National Rites Artist Organizing Committee, Comrade Wei Chengzong will be awarded the honorary title of "National Rites Artist"!

　　Many of his works have been collected by important institutions such as the Chinese Embassy, Consulate General, Consulate General, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, Xu Beihong Memorial Hall, and friendly individuals both domestically and internationally. His calligraphy and painting works are exhibited on tours in the world's four major museums, including the Louvre, the British Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of America, and the Taipei Palace Museum, as well as in 60 countries and regions.
