跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。
吴万福，笔名静涛，男，汉族，祖籍山西洪洞县。1948年2月2日出生在新疆迪化，成长在甘肃武威凉州，大学文化，中共党员，高级政工师，北京师范大学继续教育学院毕业。《中国矿业报》原特约记者，《甘肃工人报》原特聘记者。中华人民共和国文化高级职称，国家高级美术师，国家高级书法师。国家一级美术师;一级书法师，中书协会员、中美协会员、中国书法家协会终身理事,书画英才栏目艺术顾问. 2008年在金川公司二矿区党委工作部退休。系全国书画艺术委员会委员，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。中华国礼艺术家。2021年11月被国宝级艺术大师评审委员会、国礼文化官方网特聘为顾问和国宝艺术大师。吴万福入选2023、2024年福布斯中国(艺术福布斯)十大名人。获得国际润格官方认证资质证书(通过中、英、法、德、意等国文艺部门评审)。获得中国书画产业研究基地专家组成员聘书。
