跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　潘锡林野风堂主人，安徽天长人，现居北京。先后就读于中央美术学院国画系、清华大学美术学院,先后受教于陈大羽、贾又福、张立辰、郭怡综。现为哈佛艺术学院名誉院士，北京大学艺术学院客座教授，中央美术学院客座教授，中国美术家协会会员，中国教育发展战略学会传统文化教育专业委员会理事(教育部)，全国艺术职称考级中心首席专家，中国扬州八怪研究院副院长，中国美协旅游联谊中心理事，中国人民大学艺术学院书画高研班导师，江苏省中国画学会理事，安徽省中国画学会创会理事，安徽省中山画院副院长，安徽指墨书画院副院长，南京金陵书法院名誉院长，一级美术师，“野荷”画派创始人。其作品被中南海，人民大会堂，全国人大北京培训基地，中央美术学院、  中央电视台、中央党校、福州美术馆、济南博物馆、武汉长江艺术家美术馆、桂林市博物馆，埃及大使馆等收藏。2015年11月应邀在世界艺术圣殿法国巴黎卢浮宫举办画展，作品《雄鸡图》被法国卢浮宫收藏，作品《荷花》被吉尔吉斯总统收藏，作品《荷塘听风雨》被国家博物馆收藏，指墨作品《无敌》被故宫博物院收藏。荣获国家人事部颁发的“当代中国画杰出人才奖”被授予“百名当代杰出艺术家”称号。被评为“21世纪最具收藏价值潜力的中国花鸟画100家"、2011-2012当代最具收藏投资价值的中国花鸟画家。最受市场欢迎的百强书画家，当代十佳优秀花鸟画家。被授予【人民艺术家】荣誉称号。

　　Pan Xilin, the owner of the Wild Wind Hall, is from Tianchang, Anhui and currently resides in Beijing. I have studied in the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University. I have also received education from Chen Dayu, Jia Youfu, Zhang Lichen, and Guo Yizong. I am currently an honorary academician of Harvard School of Art, a visiting professor at Peking University School of Art, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the Traditional Culture Education Professional Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society (Ministry of Education), the chief expert of the National Art Title Examination Center, the vice president of the Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics Research Institute, a director of the China Artists Association Tourism Friendship Center, a supervisor of the calligraphy and painting advanced research class at Renmin University of China School of Art, a director of the Jiangsu Chinese Painting Society, a founding director of the Anhui Chinese Painting Society, the vice president of the Anhui Zhongshan Painting Academy, the vice president of the Anhui Zhimo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the honorary president of the Nanjing Jinling Calligraphy Academy, a first-class artist, and the founder of the "Wild Lotus" painting school. His works have been collected in Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, the Beijing Training Base of the National People's Congress, the Central Academy of Fine Arts, CCTV, the Central Party School, Fuzhou Art Museum, Jinan Museum, Wuhan Yangtze River Artists Art Museum, Guilin Museum, and the Egyptian Embassy. In November 2015, he was invited to hold an art exhibition at the Louvre in Paris, France. His work "The Rooster" was collected by the Louvre, his work "Lotus" was collected by the President of Kyrgyzstan, his work "Listening to the Wind and Rain in the Lotus Pond" was collected by the National Museum, and his ink painting "Invincible" was collected by the Palace Museum. Awarded the "Outstanding Talent Award for Contemporary Chinese Painting" by the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China and awarded the title of "One Hundred Contemporary Outstanding Artists". Selected as one of the "100 Most Valuable Chinese Flower and Bird Painters of the 21st Century" and the most valuable contemporary Chinese flower and bird painter for collection investment from 2011 to 2012. Also recognized as one of the top 100 most popular calligraphers and painters in the market and one of the top 10 outstanding contemporary flower and bird painters. Awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist".
