　　苏怀祥，1943 年出生于山东聊城高唐县，1967 年毕业於天津大学。美术家协会会员，高级工程师(终身享受国务院政府特殊津贴)。作品载入山东省政府省委组织编《山东省有重要贡献的专家名录》。现为中华文化研究院研究员，博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究中心研究员，全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员，中国国际艺术家协会终身顾问，国际工艺美术家协会理事。被授予：国礼艺术家、功勋艺术家、工艺美术大师、高级美术师等称号。被评定为中国网络美联优秀艺术家，最具潜力艺术家，中国当代最具影响力书画家，中国文化艺术国际传播大使等荣誉称号，荣获 2015 第六届世界奇绝文化艺术博览会精英奖。由于奇人加持，真作品具有“神来之笔”能量!

　　Su Huaixiang was born in 1943 in Gaotang County, Liaocheng, Shandong Province. He graduated from Tianjin University in 1967. Member of the Artists Association and Senior Engineer (lifetime enjoying special government allowances from the State Council). The work is included in the "List of Experts with Important Contributions in Shandong Province" organized by the Shandong Provincial Government and Provincial Committee. I am currently a researcher at the Chinese Culture Research Institute, a researcher at the Boao Asian Art Talent Research Center, a member of the National Federation of Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Circles, a lifelong advisor to the China International Artists Association, and a director of the International Arts and Crafts Association. Awarded titles such as National Ritual Artist, Meritorious Artist, Master of Arts and Crafts, and Senior Artist.
