包卫东，男，1970年11月生，甘肃武山人，中共党员，东北林业大学农学学士，现为甘肃省小陇山林业保护中心林业正高级工程师，副处长，国家一级书法师，世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会委员，天水市书法家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员，中国楹联学会会员，中国野生动物保护协会会员，中国林学会会员,甘肃省农民书画研究会天水分会会员、书画英才文化艺术研究中心副主任，中国书法家协会会员，世界非物质文化遗产(书法)传承人、创新人才;书法作品被国家博物馆，中国美术馆，北京民族文化宫，多家外国大使馆等收藏。
