于瑞亮，字铭心，号泰山金笔，泰山金源居士。出生于上海，汉族，山东泰安人，大学文化,中共党员 ,幼时遵母训学书，先从柳体入手，后见习颜体，汉隶,行书临摹于二王。后又参加中国书协培训中心高级培训（高书班和研修班）。

通过努力作品已独具风格，日趋成熟。2014 年 3 月，作品《沁园春·雪》被收入《中国书画家大辞典（新版当代卷）》；2015 年度全国书画作品电视展播中获得“百强”第一名；2016 年 8 月赴泰国文化交流，行草作品杜甫《望岳诗》由泰国王室书画院收藏；10 月，被授予“红色功勋艺术家”荣誉称号。2017 年在第三届全国诗书画印邀请展征稿活动中，被授予“榜样中国杰出书画艺术家”。2018 年由中国文艺协会、世界著名华人艺术家协会等单位联合授予“王者荣耀·中国名家最高文艺荣誉奖”称号。2019 年 3 月，国际华人书画研究会、中国杰出文艺家研究会、中国国际书画艺术家联合会等单位授予“国家文化功勋人物”；11 月，在赴韩国首尔大学书画交流邀请展中获金奖，被授予“中韩两国文化艺术交流大使”荣誉称号；同月被中国曲阜孔子奖章委员会授予“共和国 70 华诞艺术奖﹒孔子奖章”，其作品收入孔子奖章珍藏邮册。2020 年 4 月，由中华人民共和国文化和旅游部授予“艺术界抗疫英雄”荣誉称号。2021 年 1 月，荣登 2021 年度中国公益人物—当代慈善名人榜；7 月在二十一届世纪大采风年度盛典中被授予“当代艺坛优秀典范人物”荣誉称号。

2022 年五月十五日由中华人民共和国文化部和旅游部，中国书法家协会联合授予“新时代功勋人物”荣誉称号，五月十六日由艺海文化集团，中国国礼文创艺术网，全国艺术界代表人物组委会授予“全国文艺界代表人物特别金奖”，十月由中国艺术家润格网，中国国礼文创艺术网，中国艺术巨头组委会联合授予：“中国书法十大巨头”荣誉称号。十二月由中国艺术家润格网中国文联国际出版社，国之脊梁组委会授予：“国之脊梁”荣誉称号，及“中国文艺界之脊梁·终身成就奖”。同月由中国书画人物网，人民文学美术出版社，走进艺术殿堂编委会授予：走进艺术殿堂——“中国泰山北斗级艺术家”荣誉称号。

2023 年一月中国艺术家润格网，毛泽东思想艺术研究院，“人民艺术奖”组委会授予 2022年度“人民文艺奖”·终身成就奖。

2023 年一月艺海文化集团，政协书画院，新春大拜年组委会授予 2023 年迎新春全国诗书画创作大赛特别金奖。

2023 年四月国学联盟艺术网，中央电视台 CCTV 央视网，国学春晚组委会授予“大国功臣”荣誉称号，同时被聘为中央电视台 CCTV 央视网国学频道艺术顾问。

  Yu Ruiliang, with the character of "Mingxin", was named Mount Taishan Gold Pen, and Mount Taishan Jinyuan Jushi. Born in Shanghai, Han ethnicity, from Tai'an, Shandong province, with a university education and a member of the Communist Party of China, he followed his mother's teachings to learn books from a young age. He started with the willow style and later studied Yan style and Han Li. He copied the running script from the two kings. Later, he also participated in advanced training at the China Calligraphy Association Training Center (high-level book classes and training courses).

Through hard work, the works have developed a unique style and become increasingly mature. In March 2014, the work "Qinyuan Spring Snow" was included in the "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters (New Contemporary Volume)"; Ranked first in the "Top 100" in the 2015 National Television Exhibition of Calligraphy and Painting Works; In August 2016, he went to Thailand for cultural exchange, and his cursive work Du Fu's "Wangyue Poetry" was collected by the Thai Royal Academy of Painting and Calligraphy; In October, he was awarded the honorary title of "Red Meritorious Artist". In 2017, he was awarded the title of "Model Chinese Outstanding Calligraphy and Painting Artist" in the third National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Printing Invitation Exhibition. In 2018, the China Literature and Art Association, the World Famous Chinese Artists Association, and other organizations jointly awarded the title of "King of Glory - the highest literary and artistic honor award for Chinese masters". In March 2019, the International Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, China Outstanding Literary and Artists Research Association, China International Calligraphy and Painting Artists Federation and other units awarded "National Cultural Meritorious Figures"; In November, won a gold medal at the invitation exhibition for calligraphy and painting exchange at Seoul University in South Korea, and was awarded the honorary title of "Ambassador for Cultural and Art Exchange between China and South Korea"; In the same month, he was awarded the "Republic 70th Anniversary Art Award - Confucius Medal" by the Confucius Medal Committee in Qufu, China, and his works were included in the Confucius Medal Collection album. In April 2020, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China awarded the honorary title of "Anti epidemic Hero in the Art World". In January 2021, he/she was listed on the 2021 China Public Welfare Figures - Contemporary Charity Celebrities List; In July, he was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Exemplary Figure in Contemporary Art" at the 21st Century Grand Harvest Annual Ceremony.

On May 15, 2022, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism of the People's Republic of China, as well as the Chinese Calligraphers Association, jointly awarded the honorary title of "New Era Meritorious Figure". On May 16, the Yihai Culture Group, China Guoli Cultural and Creative Art Network, and the National Art Representative Organizing Committee awarded the "National Art Representative Special Gold Award". In October, the Chinese Artist Runge Network, China Guoli Cultural and Creative Art Network, and the Chinese Art Giant Organizing Committee jointly awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Chinese Calligraphy Giants". In December, it was awarded the honorary title of "Backbone of the Country" and the "Backbone of the Chinese Literary and Art Circle - Lifetime Achievement Award" by the China Artist Runge Network, China Federation of Literary and Art International Publishing House, and the National Backbone Organizing Committee. In the same month, the Editorial Committee of China Painting and Calligraphy People Network, People's Literature and Fine Arts Publishing House and Enter the Art Palace awarded the honorary title of "Enter the Art Palace - China's Big Dipper Artist".

In January 2023, the Chinese Artist Runge.com, Mao Zedong Thought Art Research Institute, and the Organizing Committee of the People's Art Award awarded the 2022 People's Literature and Art Award · Lifetime Achievement Award.

In January 2023, Yihai Culture Group, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the organizing committee of the Chinese New Year's greetings awarded the Special Gold Award to the 2023 National Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Creation Competition.

In April 2023, the Chinese Culture Alliance Art Network, CCTV, and the Organizing Committee of the Chinese Culture Spring Festival Gala awarded the honorary title of "Great Hero", and was also hired as an art consultant for the Chinese Culture Channel of CCTV.
