跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　周保国，1953年生于河北晋州。现为文化和旅游部高级书法家。《人民日报》、《光明日报》艺术界领军人物。被国家授予“中国国粹四大天王”、“中国国粹文化四大天王”、“新时代艺坛大师”、“中朝文化友谊勋章获得者”、“2023年中朝艺术功勋人物”、“国宝级文艺大师”、“艺坛巨匠”、“丹青巨匠”、“书坛泰斗”、“当代隶书名家”、“国礼艺术大师”、“中华文化大使”、“中国时代艺术大师”、“中国文化艺术国际传播大使”、“中国功勋艺术家”、“优秀书画导师”等荣誉称号。入编了《中国美术通史》、《中国近现代美术年鉴》、《新中国美术图鉴》(书法卷)、《世界美术家大辞典》(书法卷)等三十多部国家级大型艺术典籍。已收纳多位中国国家文化和旅游部高级书法师为入室弟子。2023年6月6日《光明日报》以《光明日报艺术界领军人物～周保国》为题报道周保国先生艺术人生。2023年11月13日，周保国登顶《人民日报》官网，国家多位高层领导人和专家学者纷纷致电人民日报社祝贺。2024年4月，人民日报著名文艺评论家桑干撰稿“周保国：大琢书法之艺，修出隶书真功”在人民日报官网刊载。2024年4月，前国民党主席马英九率领台湾青年代表团访问大陆期间，高度赞扬周保国隶书作品“这才是真正的中华民族优秀的书法艺术”。为此，国家出版《水墨丹青两岸情(周保国马英九艺术合集)》正式在大陆和台湾发行。

Zhou Baoguo was born in Jinzhou, Hebei in 1953. I am currently a senior calligrapher at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Leading figures in the art world of People's Daily and Guangming Daily. Honorary titles such as "Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese Cuisine", "Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese Cuisine Culture", "Master of Art in the New Era", "Medal Winner of China North Korea Cultural Friendship Medal", "2023 China North Korea Art Meritorious Figures", "National Treasure level Art Master", "Art Giant", "Painted Giant", "Master of Calligraphy", "Contemporary Li Shu Master", "Master of National Rites Art", "Ambassador of Chinese Culture", "Master of Art in the Chinese Era", "Ambassador of International Communication of Chinese Culture and Art", "Chinese Meritorious Artist", "Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Mentor" have been awarded by the state. I have compiled more than 30 national level large-scale art classics, including "General History of Chinese Art", "Yearbook of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art", "New China Art Illustrated Book" (calligraphy volume), and "Dictionary of World Artists" (calligraphy volume). We have collected several senior calligraphers from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China as our incoming disciples. On June 6, 2023, Guangming Daily reported on Mr. Zhou Baoguo's artistic life under the title of "Leading Figures in the Art Industry of Guangming Daily~Zhou Baoguo". On November 13, 2023, Zhou Baoguo topped the official website of the People's Daily, and several high-level leaders and experts from the country sent congratulatory messages to the People's Daily. In April 2024, the famous literary commentator of People's Daily, Sang Gan, wrote an article titled "Zhou Baoguo: Mastering the Art of Calligraphy and Cultivating the True Skill of Lishu" and published it on the official website of People's Daily. In April 2024, former Kuomintang Chairman Ma Ying jeou led a Taiwanese youth delegation to visit the mainland and highly praised Zhou Baoguo's Li script works, stating that "this is the truly excellent calligraphy art of the Chinese nation.". To this end, the national publication "Ink Painting and Cross Strait Relations (Collection of Zhou Baoguo and Ma Yingjiu's Art)" was officially released in mainland China and Taiwan.
