跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。 罗俊华，字沉石、乐山，号凌云，1954年出生，四川犍为县人，国家特级书法师，中国硬笔书法协会会员，四川省硬笔书法协会会员。曾任《中国著名书画家大辞典》高级编委、副主编，荣获二十世纪中国百名杰出书法家，被国家书法师职称审定委员会评为国家特级书法师，中国集邮艺术网、国礼艺术家邮品制作组委会准予出版“国家名片”之美雀的邮票、邮品、邮册。特授予“国礼艺术家”荣誉称号;中国文学艺术联合会评为特级书法师并授予“德艺双馨艺术家”、中国书法家协会授予“中国书法艺术楷模”称号。 长期潜心于书法理论、书法教育、书法技法、书法创作和刻字研究，楷、隶、篆皆功，犹善行、草书，硬笔、毛笔均佳，其作品均受到业内人士的赞誉，并逐步形成了自己的艺术风格，作品被多家艺术博物馆及收藏家收藏。其中以字、形、意创作的独体字《龙、《竹》、《虎》作品已获得国家知识产权。 生平传记、代表作品分别收入《中国著名书画家大辞典》、《二十世纪中国硬笔书法家大辞典》、《中华成功人才大辞典》、《共和国专家成就博览》、《中国百位实力派硬笔书法家珍品选》等数十部大型辞书和人物典藉。 从事书法教学工作数十年，在教学实践中，运用科学的执笔方法和教学方法，使各类文化层次学生(小学、中学、大学、教师)的书写水平和能力均大幅度提高，并取得了显著成效，学生作品多人多次入选全国书赛，并获大奖。 Luo Junhua, also known as Chenshi and Leshan, and also known as Lingyun, was born in 1954 in Jianwei County, Sichuan Province. He is a national top-level calligrapher, a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and a member of the Sichuan Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. Formerly served as a senior editorial board member and deputy editor in chief of the "Dictionary of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters", was awarded the title of one of the top 100 outstanding calligraphers in 20th century China, and was rated as a national special level calligrapher by the National Calligrapher Title Approval Committee. The China Philatelic Art Network and the National Artist Stamp Production Organizing Committee have approved the publication of the "National Business Card" of Meique's stamps, postal products, and mail albums. Special award of the honorary title of "National Ritual Artist"; The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles has been awarded the title of Special Calligrapher and awarded the title of "Artist with Virtue and Art", and the China Calligraphers Association has been awarded the title of "Model of Chinese Calligraphy Art". Long term dedication to calligraphy theory, calligraphy education, calligraphy techniques, calligraphy creation, and engraving research, proficient in regular script, clerical script, and seal script, skilled in cursive script, excellent in both hard and brush strokes. His works have been praised by industry insiders and have gradually developed his own artistic style. His works have been collected by multiple art museums and collectors. The independent characters "Dragon, Bamboo, and Tiger" created with characters, shapes, and meanings have obtained national intellectual property rights. Biographies and representative works have been included in dozens of large-scale dictionaries and character dictionaries, including the "Dictionary of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters", "Dictionary of 20th Century Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphers", "Dictionary of Chinese Successful Talents", "Exhibition of Achievements of Experts in the Republic of China", and "Selected Treasures of One Hundred Strong Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphers". I have been engaged in calligraphy teaching for decades, and in my teaching practice, I have applied scientific writing and teaching methods to significantly improve the writing skills and abilities of students at various cultural levels (primary, secondary, university, and teacher), achieving significant results. Many of my student works have been selected for the national calligraphy competition multiple times and have won awards.
