跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　欧阳良程，又名欧阳良埕，1965 年09月出生。福建南安市人，大学文化。现为中国楹联学会会员/书法艺术委员会委员，北京世纪名人国际书画院院士，福建省书法家协会会员，泉州市书法家协会理事，南安市书法家协会副主席等。个人辞条载入《中国书法年鉴》《中国美术年鉴》《中国书法全集》《中国书画家大辞典》《翰墨华章·百年西泠》《美术中国～当代名家作品选》等多种典籍。

　　作品曾在中国文联、中国书协、国家文旅部以及省文旅厅、文联、书协举办的全国书画专业展赛中多次入展/获奖;勒刻于“庆祝北京奥运纪念碑林”和“黄河古道书法碑林”;被国家博物馆、西安碑林博物馆、长城博物馆等多家文博单位馆藏;刊载发表于《书法报》《中国收藏》《东方收藏》《中国书画报》等专业报刊。

　　2008年，入选《中华人物》杂志“2007—2008年度中华人物”名录榜。2009年12月，荣宝斋出版发行《欧阳良程书法艺术鉴赏》。2023年10月登陆《中国书画报》新时代年度艺术人物特刊。

　　Ouyang Liangcheng, also known as Ouyang Liangcheng, was born in September 1965. Born in Nan'an City, Fujian Province, with a university culture. I am currently a member of the Chinese Couplet Society/Calligraphy Art Committee, an academician of the Beijing Century Celebrity International Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of the Fujian Calligraphers Association, a director of the Quanzhou Calligraphers Association, and the vice chairman of the Nan'an Calligraphers Association. My personal entry has been recorded in various classic books such as the "Chinese Calligraphy Yearbook", "Chinese Art Yearbook", "Complete Collection of Chinese Calligraphy", "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters", "Hanmo Huazhang - Centennial Xiling", "Art China - Selected Works of Contemporary Famous Masters", etc.

　　The work has been exhibited/won multiple awards in national calligraphy and painting professional exhibitions and competitions organized by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the China Calligraphy Association, the National Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as well as the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the Calligraphy Association; Engraved in the "Beijing Olympic Commemorative Stele Forest" and "Yellow River Ancient Road Calligraphy Stele Forest"; Collected by multiple cultural and museum units such as the National Museum, Xi'an Beilin Museum, and the Great Wall Museum; Published in professional newspapers such as Calligraphy Daily, China Collection, Oriental Collection, and China Calligraphy and Painting Daily.

　　In 2008, he was selected for the "2007-2008 Chinese People" list in the magazine "Chinese People". In December 2009, Rongbaozhai published and released "Appreciation of Calligraphy Art by Ouyang Liangcheng". In October 2023, it was published in the New Era Art Figures Special Issue of China Calligraphy and Painting Daily.
