　　卢宝明，男，一九五七年生，江苏省连云港市人，央视书画频道签约艺术家，中国书画院院聘艺术家国家一级美术师，国家开放大学客座教授，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中南海国礼中心艺术家，系区书法家协会副主席，人民美术报理事会副主席，作品多次入选全国公安书法家协会主办的展览，作品毛泽东巜沁园春，雪》被人民大会堂收藏，二0一五年十一月在全国人大会议中心被人民美术报等单位授予人民喜爱的艺术家，书法作品毛泽东巜浪洶沙，北戴河》献礼全国两会，并在政协礼堂展览，并参与《百位艺术大使》献礼全国两会专题报道，书法作品被国际集邮中心采用和中国集邮中心采用发行邮票，书法以草书，篆书见长，大书小字皆能，尤其大幅毛泽东诗词作品造应会议室，等大型场所，强调注精以专，会神与情，拈笔如风，锋出如神行中有狂，洒脱自然，刚劲有力，讲究浑厚雄健，字义相形。

　　Lu Baoming, male, born in 1957 in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, is a contracted artist of CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, a national first-class artist hired by the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a visiting professor at the National Open University, a member of the Central State Organ Calligraphers Association, an artist at the Zhongnanhai National Ceremony Center, vice chairman of the regional calligraphers association, and vice chairman of the People's Art Newspaper Council. His works have been selected multiple times for exhibitions organized by the National Public Security Calligraphers Association. His work "Mao Zedong's Guide to Qinyuan Spring and Snow" has been collected by the Great Hall of the People. In November 2015, he was awarded the title of beloved artist by the people by units such as the People's Art Newspaper at the National People's Congress Center.
