跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　许炳荣 字实、号 草字翁，1949年12月生于陕西省富平县，中教高级语文教师。中华人民和国国家特级书法师，孔子学院终身名誉院长。中国书法家协会会员，省书协会员，西安书学院常委。中华诗词研究会《诗界》杂志理事。陕西省慈善书画研究会会员，中国国家书画院副院长，中国国学研究会研究员，台北故宫书画院名誉院长，终身名誉艺术顾问。陕西省楹联学会理事。

　　Xu Bingrong, with the courtesy name Shi and the courtesy name Cao, was born in December 1949 in Fuping County, Shaanxi Province. He is a senior Chinese language teacher at a secondary school. He is a special level calligrapher of the People's Republic of China and a lifelong honorary dean of the Confucius Institute. Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Provincial Calligraphers Association, and member of the Standing Committee of Xi'an Academy of Calligraphy. Director of the Poetry World Magazine of the Chinese Poetry Research Association. Member of Shaanxi Charity Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Vice President of China National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Researcher of China National Studies Research Association, Honorary Dean of Taipei Palace Museum Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and Lifetime Honorary Art Advisor.
