　　张栗铭，1953年出生于河南省镇平县，共产党员，退伍军人。自幼酷爱书法，爱学习钻研，胆识过人又细心。在部队时大胆做技术改新并成功，不计较功名。退伍回乡后，帮助地方解决粮食积压问题做出了重大奉献。后在广东深圳批发玉器玉雕工艺品，又在石佛寺玉雕发展做出了更大奉献，当时轰动全国工艺界，其雕刻一件特技独山玉“百福花瓶”在北京人民大会堂得了颁奖典礼。又被收藏几十年，收藏价格极高。

　　张栗铭张老师的篆书有虚和力量之美，他大胆改字中所有字形、边膀调配等，使得书法作欹侧生势，由势生力，内在韵致醇厚，既有装饰美又有自然美，其书作带有明显的装饰意味，点画起止藏锋无迹，转折圆转无角节，结体修长匀称舒和。重要作品内在韵致的蕴含及突出作品的时代特征。

　　张要铭现在为国家一级美术师，中国华夏万里行书画协会理事，中国新长城艺术家，中国勋章艺术家中国当代书法家、雕刻家，收藏家。其《八卦百福图》被国家授予“中国长城文华奖”并雕刻在新长城烽火台首位展示。《长寿图》、《八卦百福图》、《紫气东来才聚华庭》、《文化崛起中国力量》被国家列为一国大国巨匠国礼花瓶。
