跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　陈洪荣，男，1946年出生，现任中国书法家，中国美术家协会会员，湖南武陵书画协会会员、名誉会长中国桂林炎黄、江苏省南京金陵、内蒙古呼和浩特、中国神州、天津市海河等书画院士，一级书画师。中国陵协会高级书画画师，中国收藏艺术研究院理事、中国藏典收藏家协会特约研究员，联合国美术家协会会员，海内外知名书画家协会会员。主要业绩：自1992年以来多次参加海内外大型书画展荣获金奖。2010年由文化部发起，人民日报担纲举办的“中华人民共和国文艺领军人物”评审活动中，受到联合国教科文组织、瑞典诺贝尔文艺中心、以及中国美术协会、中国书法家协会、中国作家协会、中国文联、中国社会科学院、CCTV、人民日报等国际国内多家权威机构、媒体一致评审并联合推荐，授予“一代国画大师”称号。

　　2014年2月经国家权威机构认证授予中国艺协委员会第三届主席团副主席国家一级艺术家。参加召开的22个国家最高领导人峰会举办书院展作品荣获金奖，被国家收藏。同年10月9日，被中华人民共和国文化部特授予“中国本土国际艺术大师”。10月16日，作品《马到成功》获得金奖。经“中国传统文化诗书画协会、中国·迎亚太经合组织(APEC)峰会中国当代书画艺术展组委会”等五个主办单位联合认定，一致授予“2014年北京APEC峰会最具影响力的书画名家”荣誉称号。同年，在“庆祝中华人民共和国成立65周年一一共和国诗书画功勋奖”的评选活动中荣获“共和国诗书画功勋奖”金奖，同时授予“共和国诗书画功勋人物”荣誉称号。

　　2015年参加了有文化部、中央军委、中国共产党各级领导人迎国庆和抗战争70周年画大展作品荣获金奖。2016年6月，经地方和相关部门慎重推荐，国务院各部委权威把关，经过严格筛选选，授予“一带一路·中国文化使者”荣誉称号。参加中华人民共和国日史编辑委员会等单位主办“走向世界巴西里约奥运会”作品荣获金奖，被巴西国际展厅陈列收藏。同年参加神十一载人航天书画展作品“圆梦”作品荣获金奖并收藏。参加了中阿文化交流展被评为中阿文化交流大使。

　　2016-2017年被国家文化部，中共中央宣传部，国家党史人物研究会，中国国务院发展研究中心迎接“十九大”和“一带一路”、二十一世纪海上丝绸之路”评审活动，纪念“周总理活动”、“建军九十周年”等文化艺术评审中被评为中国当代杰出书法家荣誉称号。

　　在2019年首届中国顶级书画做大师大赛中，美术作品荣获特等奖作品三幅，在首届顶级书画大师全球巡展中庐山局部，作品为本次巡展做贡献，颇受中外有人欣赏，被意大利博物馆收藏，被意大利博物馆聘请为“中外书画交流形象大使三大代表人物”，同年被中国书画家组委会聘请担任中国书画家组委会高级书画顾问之职，并授予“人民艺术家称号”。同年出版了中国大国崛起，文化力量大国之臣，中国名片、祖国荣耀、荣归、复兴等几十部书，同年为我国文化事业建设做出了主要贡献。特聘为人民艺术鉴赏中心名誉副主席，深抒国家和人民爱戴，被评为：“人民艺术家”、“中华文化传播使者”。国家领导最喜爱的艺术家。
