跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　崔道和 笔名崔鹤，1958年3月生，土家族，贵州沿河縣人，历任中共沿河自治县纪委第八届、九届、十届委员，常委，纪检监察室主任，监察局副局长，正科级干部。县书协副会长，县老年书画研究协会常务副会长兼秘书长。中国艺术产业促进会名誉会长,中国书画收藏研究院理事，中国决策咨询委员会顾问，国际羲之书画院副院长。中国书法家协会会员, 中国楹联学会会员,贵州省书法家协会会员，上海中华书法协会会员，香港(国际)中国书法家协会会员。沈阳艺海拍卖代理中心特级书画家，中国实力派书画家，著名书法家。

　　其作品曾多次在国内外展出获奖。并被收入《中华名人文论大全》、《中华知名人物创新理论宝库》、《中华名人格言》、《永恒的光芒 ——古今中外名人语录精编》、《当代中国科教文集》等多部典籍。词条被收入《中国专家大辞典》、《中华名人大典》、《世界名人录》、《世界人物辞海》等多部辞书。2016年01月,荣获中国书法家协会、中国美术家协会等主办的“海峡两岸抗日战争胜利70周年大型书画展”金奖。书画作品已被中国集邮宣传中心网、中国邮政集团公司以“中国梦·文化梦”中国传世名家名作专题邮票及“一带一路中国梦” 一带一路文化先行共筑中国梦限量版珍藏邮票出版发行。2016年08月，书画作品被美国集邮集团以庆祝“中美建交37周年”纪念邮票限量珍藏版出版发行。2019年06月，书画作品被名家名作艺术服务中心制作成“一带一路  共建繁荣”庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年名家名作纪念邮票出版发行。2019年09月，在庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年大型节庆颁奖活动中被中共沿河土家族自治县委、沿河土家族自治县人民政府评为 “最美奉献者”隆重表彰。2020年06月，荣获全国两会十三届三次会议推荐为“2020·当代艺术领军人物”，便载入文化和旅游部《国礼艺术家网》;书画作品被联合国世界非物质文化遗产保護基金會、美国集邮集团制作成“纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利75周年中国艺术名家世界邮票珍藏册出版发行。同年08月，书画作品被景德镇陶瓷艺术服务中心收入制成陶瓷艺术文化瓶。2021年08月，被中国集邮艺术网和国礼艺术家邮品组委会制作为“红色经典 献礼百年·庆祝中国共产党成立百周年名家名作”中国澳门邮票典藏及“建党百年”景德镇国礼陶瓷艺术文化瓶载入史册。

　　Cui Daohe, pen name Cui He, born in March 1958, is a Tujia ethnic group from Yanhe County, Guizhou. He has served as a member, standing committee member, director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, deputy director of the Supervision Bureau, and a department level cadre of the 8th, 9th, and 10th sessions of the Communist Party of China Yanhe Autonomous County Discipline Inspection Commission. Vice President of the County Calligraphy Association, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the County Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. Honorary President of the China Association for the Promotion of the Art Industry, Director of the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Collections, Advisor to the China Decision Advisory Committee, and Vice President of the International Xizhi Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Chinese Couplet Society, Guizhou Calligraphers Association, Shanghai Chinese Calligraphy Association, and Hong Kong (International) Chinese Calligraphers Association. Shenyang Yihai Auction Agency Center is a top-level calligrapher and painter, a powerful Chinese calligrapher and painter, and a famous calligrapher.

　　His works have won awards on multiple exhibitions both domestically and internationally. And it has been included in many classic books such as "The Complete Collection of Chinese Famous Humanities", "The Treasure of Innovative Theory of Chinese Famous Figures", "The Motto of Chinese Famous Figures", "Eternal Light - Compilation of Quotations from Chinese and Foreign Famous Figures from Ancient and Modern Times", and "Contemporary Chinese Science and Education Collection". The entries have been included in multiple dictionaries such as the Chinese Expert Dictionary, Chinese Celebrity Dictionary, World Celebrity List, and World Figure Dictionary. In January 2016, it won the gold medal at the "70th Anniversary of the Victory of the Cross Strait War of Resistance Against Japan" large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition organized by the China Calligraphers Association, China Artists Association, and others. The calligraphy and painting works have been published and issued by the China Philatelic Publicity Center Network, China Post Group Corporation with the theme stamps of "Chinese Dream · Cultural Dream", famous works of Chinese celebrities handed down from generation to generation, and the "the Belt and Road China Dream", the the Belt and Road Culture First, jointly building the Chinese Dream limited edition collection stamps. In August 2016, the calligraphy and painting works were published and distributed in limited edition by the American Philatelic Group to celebrate the 37th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States. In June 2019, the calligraphy and painting works were produced by the famous artists' works art service center as the "the Belt and Road Joint Construction and Prosperity" commemorative stamps to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. In September 2019, during the large-scale festival award ceremony celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, he was awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Devotor" by the Communist Party of China Tujia Autonomous County Committee and the People's Government of Tujia Autonomous County along the River. In June 2020, he was recommended as a "2020 Contemporary Art Leader" by the Third Session of the 13th National People's Congress and was included in the "National Rites Artist Network" of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism; Calligraphy and painting works were produced by the United Nations Foundation for the Protection of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage and the United States Philatelic Group into the "World Stamp Collection of Chinese Artists to Commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War". In August of the same year, calligraphy and painting works were collected by the Jingdezhen Ceramic Art Service Center and made into ceramic art and culture bottles. In August 2021, they were produced by the China Philatelic Art Network and the National Ceremony Artists and Stamp Organization Committee as "Red Classics to Celebrate the Centennial of the CPC", the Macao Stamp Collection of China, and the "Centennial of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" Jingdezhen National Ceremony Ceramic Art and Culture Bottle.
