跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

画家陈凤威:笔名进山狗、男、满族，曾用名、陈剑，辽宁省营口人。

1959 年出生于辽宁盖平一农村(现盖州市)，随家父打右派,天性酷爱美术。70年代恢复高考第一届考入沈阳鲁美附属中专。因家父右派问题末解决,无缘走进美院课堂。80年代初随家父平返回城得到了有关领导的同情,之后从事了美术工作，带薪就读。86年毕业于辽宁电视台辽宁科技报联办的美术、书法、摄影，中等专业学校。

在学习和工作中追求自己的创作理念,临摹、观赏名家名作。痴迷《芥子园画传》博彩众生,在美术方面有很大进步。得到了专家、前辈、学者和广大群众的赞誉及肯定。经常在国家、省、市级报刊杂志上发表大量的油画、漫画等作品。1985年、油画作品被中国有色沈阳公司书画展览中获奖。1986年在贵州《健康之友》报刊上发表漫画作品《文明观众》。同年在辽宁科技报发表美术作品《水的清洁夫一螺蛳》。1987年在朝阳日报发表油画作品《海的精灵》。1989年，在中国有色金属报发表作品新闻人物漫画《企业家也送礼》。该作品被多家报刊转发。1990年在改革之声杂志发表漫画作品《出厂日期X年》。1991年在本企业中色沈阳公司首届运动会金银铜币设计并监制(沈阳造币厂制造)。1995年,荣获国家级助理美术师任命资格。

在国际大赛,为亚沙排球赛设计金牌会微，得到了国际友人的赞赏。为亚洲各国作出了文化贡献。2001年7月辽宁省版权局，作登字06-2002-F-211号著作版权归属人-陈凤威。

以上取得的成绩,归功于广大人民群众的认可。

Painter Chen Fengwei: pen name Jin Shangou, male, Manchu, formerly known as Chen Jian, from Yingkou, Liaoning Province.

Born in 1959 in a rural area of Gaiping, Liaoning (now Gaizhou City), he fought right-wing with his father and was naturally fond of art. In the 1970s, the first college entrance examination was resumed and students were admitted to Shenyang Lumei Affiliated Vocational School. Due to the unresolved right-wing issue with my father, I was unable to enter the art school classroom. In the early 1980s, I returned to the city with my father Ping and received sympathy from relevant leaders. Afterwards, I worked in art and attended school with pay. Graduated from a vocational school specializing in art, calligraphy, and photography jointly organized by Liaoning Television and Liaoning Science and Technology Newspaper in 1986.

Pursue one's own creative philosophy in both learning and work, and copy and appreciate masterpieces by renowned artists. Those who are obsessed with gambling in "The Legend of Mustard Garden" have made great progress in art. Received praise and recognition from experts, predecessors, scholars, and the general public. Frequently publish a large number of oil paintings, comics, and other works in national, provincial, and municipal newspapers and magazines. In 1985, his oil paintings were awarded at the calligraphy and painting exhibition of China Nonferrous Shenyang Company. In 1986, he published a manga titled "Civilized Audience" in the newspaper "Friends of Health" in Guizhou. In the same year, he published an art piece titled "The Cleaner of Water - A Snail" in Liaoning Science and Technology Daily. In 1987, he published his oil painting "The Elves of the Sea" in Chaoyang Daily. In 1989, a news character manga titled "Entrepreneur Gifts" was published in China Nonferrous Metals Daily. This work has been reposted by multiple newspapers and magazines. In 1990, he published a manga titled "Factory Date X Year" in the Voice of Reform magazine. In 1991, I designed and supervised the production of gold, silver, and copper coins for the first Sports Games of Zhongse Shenyang Company in our company (manufactured by Shenyang Mint). In 1995, he was appointed as a national assistant artist.

In the international competition, the design of the gold medal micro for the Yasha Volleyball Tournament was appreciated by international friends. Has made cultural contributions to various Asian countries. In July 2001, the copyright owner of the work, Zuo Deng Zi 06-2002-F-211, was Chen Fengwei, from the Liaoning Provincial Copyright Bureau.
