　　陈彦青，男，汉族，1953年1月出生，本科学历，中共党员，河南省临颍县人。现任河南省临颍县新城路南段中医鼻炎专科主任、医师、中医名医、中国特效医术专业委员会首席专家、中国中医专家委员会长。中国艺圣，国学领袖，国家一级书画师，中医教授，诺贝尔奖获得者，联合国教科文组织艺术名誉主席。中共十八大、十九大、二十大三届文艺代表。
