吴报勇，字骏，别署金苑轩主；安徽合肥人，中共党员，书画爱好者，自小受身边三位叔辈书画的影响，上学时代自学庞中华、卢中南二位老师的硬笔书法，一直对书法国画情有独钟。从事水泥企业生产管理工作，闲余时间在快手、抖音平台上看老师们怎样去写字绘画，始终遵循中国古文化文字的精髓，揣摩老师们的笔法、章法等运作，博众位老师之长自学探寻文字文化之奥妙。

中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国书画家协会会员、中国企业文化促进会高级艺术顾问、中国国宾礼艺术家。

2020年自学田楷，有幸得到陕西汉中的刘军老师指导，学习欧楷、魏碑、隶书、王羲之、赵孟頫行书、草书；

2021年7月参加硬笔书法协会举办的第四届“琅琊杯”全国诗书画家精英赛，荣获三等奖，加入中国硬笔书法协会会员。

2022年荣获硬笔书法协会展览中心指导举办的晋唐杯全国诗书画家创作赛一等奖；

2022-2023年荣获中国硬笔书法协会展览中心指导、中国诗书画家网、中国散文网、华夏博学国际文化中心交流中心举办的年度全国诗书画家文艺创作赛，获得精英奖、特等奖；并荣编《中国当代文艺家代表作年鉴》；

2023年10月份参加中国硬笔书法协会展览中心指导举办的第二届“神州颂”全国书画家作品年赛荣获书法“二等奖”；

2024年4月参加墨香雅集文化艺术研究院举办的第二届中国书画名家大赛获得“文化传承先锋”称号；

2024年4月第六届“华夏杯”全国书画大赛荣获“一等奖”；

2024年4月份加入中国书画家协会会员；

2024年5月被选聘为“世界非物质文化遗产研究院”副院长；

2024年6月授予《中国国宾礼艺术家》资格证书，由中国国宾礼艺术鉴定评审委员会、国宾礼文化市场保护委员会、国宾礼特供（外事）管理中心颁发国宾礼特供证书、评估证书、作品《天道酬勤》作为中华人民共和国国宾礼收藏、《福蕴华堂》获得中华人民共和国国宾礼鉴定证书。

Wu Baoyong, styled Jun, is the head of the Jin Yuan Pavilion; A native of Hefei, Anhui, a member of the Communist Party of China and a fan of calligraphy and painting. Influenced by the calligraphy and painting of three uncles around him since childhood, he self-taught the hard pen calligraphy of Pang Zhonghua and Lu Zhongnan during his school years, and has always had a special fondness for calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting. Engaged in production management of cement enterprises, I spent my spare time watching how teachers write and paint on the Kwai and Tiktok platforms, always following the essence of Chinese ancient culture and writing, pondering teachers' writing skills, organization and other operations, and learning from all teachers to explore the mysteries of writing culture.

Member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Senior Art Advisor of the China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, and Artist of the Chinese State Guest Ceremony.

In 2020, I self-taught Tian Kai and had the privilege of receiving guidance from Liu Jun, a teacher from Hanzhong, Shaanxi. I studied Ou Kai, Wei Bei, Li Shu, Wang Xizhi, Zhao Mengfu's running script, and cursive script;

In July 2021, participated in the fourth "Langya Cup" National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Artist Elite Competition held by the Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, won the third prize, and joined the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association as a member.

In 2022, won the first prize in the Jin Tang Cup National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painter Creation Competition organized under the guidance of the Hard Pen Calligraphy Association Exhibition Center;

From 2022 to 2023, won the annual National Poetry and Calligraphy Artists Art Creation Competition organized by the Exhibition Center of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the China Poetry and Calligraphy Painters Network, the China Prose Network, and the Huaxia Boxue International Cultural Center Exchange Center, and won the Elite Award and Special Award; And Rong edited "Yearbook of Representative Works of Contemporary Chinese Literature and Art Masters";

In October 2023, participated in the second "Shenzhou Song" National Calligrapher and Painter Works Annual Competition organized under the guidance of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association Exhibition Center and won the "Second Prize" in calligraphy;

In April 2024, participated in the second Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters Competition held by the Moxiang Yaji Cultural and Art Research Institute and won the title of "Cultural Heritage Pioneer";

In April 2024, the 6th "Huaxia Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition won the "First Prize";

Joined the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association as a member in April 2024;

Appointed as the Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute in May 2024;

In June 2024, the qualification certificate for "Chinese State Guest Rite Artist" was awarded. The State Guest Rite Art Appraisal and Evaluation Committee, State Guest Rite Cultural Market Protection Committee, and State Guest Rite Special Supply (Foreign Affairs) Management Center issued the State Guest Rite Special Supply Certificate, evaluation certificate, and the work "Heavenly Way Rewards Diligence" as a collection of State Guest Rites in the People's Republic of China. "Fuyun Huatang" obtained the State Guest Rite Appraisal Certificate in the People's Republic of China.
