　　赵东军，1951年生于河南安阳，(定居洛阳)毕业于天津美院，师从孙奇峰，肖朗，爱新觉罗溥佐，霍春阳，白庚延等先生。多次参加全国美术展览，并获奖，被国家人事部评为当代中国画杰出人才，并评为98全国百杰书画家，被中国收藏鉴赏家协会、中国画廊经营家协会、《翰墨中国》等多家机构列为当代最具收藏投资价值和升值潜力的花鸟画家，享受政府特殊津贴优秀专家、现为国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员、中国当代书画研究会名誉会长，河南省花鸟画研究会原副会长、洛阳市花鸟画艺委会顾问、洛阳书画院名誉院长。《赵东军作品精选——中国高等美术院校教学范本精选》是由北京工艺美术出版社出版的四开教学范本书籍，里面精选了赵东军老师的20幅经典代表作品。赵东军老师不仅是一位著名的画家，还是一位热心的教育家，他注重立德树人的理念，心系国家教育，注重人的全面发展，全民学习、终身学习、以及个性化学习的理念，坚持以美育人、以文化人，以提高学生艺术素养、文化修养、陶冶高尚情操、培育深厚民族情感、激发创新意识为导向，投身在教育事业，受到社会高度关注和赞扬。

　　Zhao Dongjun, born in Anyang, Henan in 1951 (settled in Luoyang), graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and studied under Mr. Sun Qifeng, Xiao Lang, Aixin Gioro Puzuo, Huo Chunyang, Bai Gengyan, and others. I have participated in national art exhibitions multiple times and won awards. I have been recognized as an outstanding talent in contemporary Chinese painting by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and have been recognized as one of the top 100 calligraphers and painters in China in 1998. I have also been listed as one of the most valuable flower and bird painters in contemporary art by various institutions such as the China Association of Collectors and Appreciators, the China Association of Gallery Operators, and "Hanmo China". I am an outstanding expert in government special allowances and currently a national first-class artist. I am a member of the China Artists Association and honorary president of the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. I am also the former vice president of the Henan Flower and Bird Painting Research Association, an advisor to the Luoyang Flower and Bird Painting Art Committee, and honorary president of the Luoyang Calligraphy and Painting Academy. "Selected Works of Zhao Dongjun - Selected Teaching Models for Chinese Higher Art Institutions" is a four opening teaching model book published by Beijing Arts and Crafts Publishing House, which selects 20 classic representative works of Professor Zhao Dongjun.
