跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　朱春和，男，1955年3月生 安徽宿松县人，现为国务院国宾礼特供艺术家，国家一级美术师、中国书法家协会会员，中国楹联学会会员、江苏工合文化委员会付主任，江苏省国画院特聘书法家、中国书画报特聘书画家、中国名家书画院名誉院长等，中国书画家协会副主席等。

　　2005年获文化部艺术服务中心中华骄子荣誉金奖，获人民日报艺术名家金杯奖，2013年获中国艺术飞天终身成就奖。受中央国家机关奖励，入选2013年中国文联国际出版社出版发行《全国书画作品最具收藏价值三十名艺术家》、2015年入选中国文联国际出版社《国家艺术最具投资十六位实力派艺术家》。

　　Zhu Chunhe, male, born in March 1955 in Susong County, Anhui Province, is currently a special artist for State Guests of the State Council, a national first-class artist, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Couplet Society, and the deputy director of the Jiangsu Gonghe Cultural Committee. He is also a specially appointed calligrapher from the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting, a specially appointed calligrapher and painter from the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and the honorary president of the Chinese Famous Calligraphers and Painters Association. He is also the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association.
