跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　蔡光荣，男，1944年7月生。原籍安徽泾县，大专文化，中共党员，宣城市文物所退休干部。艺术职称为：中国当代著名书法家。

　　现为中国作家协会、中华诗词学会，安徽省诗词学会、安徽省太白楼诗词学会、宣城敬亭山诗词学会会员(曾任常务理事、副秘书长、诗刊编委);(中国文联)世界名人艺术研究协会副主席，香港书法家协会理事会委员，中国文化金融发展联合会常务理事长，宣城市书法家协会会员，安徽省、宣城市老年书画联谊会会员，安徽省当代书画研究院特聘书法师，北京六艺嘉韵、河南东坡书画院士，北京聚缘国际文化艺术中心书协名誉主席，郑州市中原书画院客座教授等。

　　其格律诗、楹联、格言作品在全国征稿参赛中获得过特等、一等、金、银、铜优秀奖项，作品入编省和国家级典籍。

　　其自2012年起至今书法作品在国际、国内征稿参赛中获得百余奖项(其中等级奖项占60%);并参加过美国、香港、国内多地展出，2018年入选“一带一路”国礼;2020年作品被英国耶鲁大学艺术中心收藏。多年来作品已入编数十种公开出版发行的典集并获得“中国书法百杰”、“中国书画领军人物”、“国际艺术泰斗”等众多荣誉称号。2020年已通过国家级资格认证并发给了润格证书。
