He studied in the Packaging and Decoration Department of Suzhou Academy of Arts and Crafts from 1982 to 1984 and was employed as a senior researcher at the China International Modern Art Research Center. He was awarded the Gold Award Artist Trophy by the China International Modern Art Research Center. In 2012, the "Between Heaven and Earth" series of oil paintings were included in the "Shengshi Collection - The Most Influential Calligraphers and Painters of Contemporary China" published by Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House. In 2013, the "Sanxingdui Divine Man Festival" series of oil paintings were included in the "Potential Artists Yearbook" published by Bobao Art Network.
