朱洪套：1944年生，河南西华址坊朱家人。高级职称，曾在初高中，大专院校任教近四十载，现为河南书画专业委员会副会长，中国古今文化艺术研究院常务理事，中国世纪大采风书画院院士，河南人大书画院理事，《中国书画家》杂志社艺术顾问，河南书协会员，河南美协会员等。

作品多次在海内外展出获金奖，被授予“中国书画家领军人物、人民功勋艺术家”，2013年获“中国载人航天书画艺术家终身成就奖”等荣誉称号。2014北京Apec峰会展获金牌奖并被授予“最具影响力中国书画名家”，“河南十大艺术创新特别贡献人物”。曾受到原国务院吴桂贤副总理的亲切接见并签字合影留念。作品以倡孝倡廉为主线，作品刊登在《中国书画家领军人物》《世界名流》《中国书画家》等几十部书刊杂志和互联网上。2016年9月1日文化部正式颁发三证，中国书画家资格认证、润格证、收藏征。2019年在金牌书画家网展上获第一名特等奖牌。

作品力求创新，独创青白牡丹图，体现清白做官做人，百善孝为先，忠孝两全作品体现孝道，传达正能量。并在十字绣布料上创作牡丹、龙虾，更加高端适合收藏。创新富贵牡丹带夜光菩萨作品深受老人喜爱，创作反映当今社会状况的书法作品四条屏春夏秋冬受收藏家喜欢。国画牡丹，龙虾图与十字绣布料的完美结合的成功面世，开启了文化的新时代。

朱洪套孝廉书画已在2021年3月28日在中央电视台展示播放。得到国家认可赞扬。接着又被中国管理科学研究院定为研究课题，已获批准。课题是 :朱洪套谈孝廉书画。目前正把孝廉书画扩展全国。

Zhu Hongtao: Born in 1944, from the Zhu family in Xihua District, Henan Province. Senior professional title, has taught in junior high school, junior high school, and vocational colleges for nearly 40 years. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Henan Calligraphy and Painting Professional Committee, Executive Director of the China Ancient and Modern Culture and Art Research Institute, Academician of the China Century Great Collection Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Director of the Henan People's Congress Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Art Advisor of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Magazine, Member of the Henan Calligraphy Association, and Member of the Henan Artists Association.

The work has been exhibited multiple times at home and abroad and has won gold awards. It has been awarded the title of "Leading Figure of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, Artist of People's Merit". In 2013, it was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese Manned Space Calligraphers and Painters" and other honorary titles. The 2014 Beijing Apec Peak Exhibition won the gold medal and was awarded the title of "Most Influential Chinese Calligrapher and Painter" and "Top Ten Special Contributors to Art Innovation in Henan". I was warmly received by Vice Premier Wu Guixian of the former State Council and took a signed group photo as a souvenir. His works focus on advocating filial piety and integrity. His works have been published in dozens of books, magazines, and the Internet, including Leading Figures of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, World Celebrities, Chinese Calligraphers and Painters. On September 1, 2016, the Ministry of Culture officially issued three certificates: Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Qualification Certification, Runge Certificate, and Collection Certificate. In 2019, won the first place special medal at the Gold Medal Calligrapher and Painter Online Exhibition.

The work strives for innovation, creating a unique blue and white peony painting, reflecting the importance of being a pure official and a good person. Filial piety is the top priority, and the integrity of loyalty and filial piety is reflected in the work, conveying positive energy. And create peonies and lobsters on cross stitch fabrics, which are more high-end and suitable for collection. The innovative and wealthy peony with luminous bodhisattva works are deeply loved by the elderly, and the calligraphy works that reflect the current social situation are loved by collectors with four screens in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The successful combination of traditional Chinese paintings of peonies, lobsters, and cross stitch fabrics has ushered in a new era of culture.

Zhu Hongtao's Xiaolian calligraphy and painting were showcased and broadcasted on CCTV on March 28, 2021. Received national recognition and praise. Subsequently, it was designated as a research topic by the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences and has been approved. The topic is: Zhu Hongtao's Discussion on Filial Piety and Honesty in Calligraphy and Painting. Currently, we are expanding filial piety calligraphy and painting nationwide.
