跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　杨晓旭，男，1966年出生于内蒙古巴彦淖尔市，现就职于人民银行巴彦淖尔市中心支行。受家庭熏陶，自幼酷爱中国传统文化，尤醉心于古代文学及书画艺术。早年因缺明师指点，未能系统学习，练习较少，仅停留于喜欢而已。高中求学无余时，大学时学习金融，虽平时抽空练习，然一事无成，工作及成家后负累增加，二十余年未动笔。近几年始提笔欲成未竞之好，因无明师，只能以古人为师，以自然为师，从中国传统山水画入手，苦学技艺，遍临五代、两宋以来名家名作，对元四家尤有心得，上追董巨，下及明清诸大家，使画技日深。同时收集古人书画论著，校释作注，以期大成。从2009年始，多次参加全国美术大赛获奖。2011年，为纪念辛亥革命100周年，山水作品作为名家作品在英国巡展三月余。此后，为进一步提高，挤出时间潜心学习中国书法，以楷书为基，临习晋唐以来各大家名帖，对魏晋诸大家、魏碑、智永、欧体等潜心修习，同时练习金文、石鼓文、石门颂等篆隶书体，相互印证，以求古拙，使书画得以全面提高，书画作品多次参加全国各种重大展览。2018年9月，被评这为国家一级美术师。2019年被北京环球书画院聘为艺术顾问，入中国书画艺术研究院，被聘为研究员，2019年8月被中国中外名人研究会代表文化部确定为“首批文化名人工作室--杨晓旭工作室”，并授予铜匾与锦旗，由著名书法家权希军老先生亲笔题名。2019年12月，被中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会及《书法报》书画天地共同发起的中国艺坛学术大师引进工程暨聚焦“人民心中的大师”评选活动评为中国山水画和书法名家两项称号。其作品入选中国传世名画当代作品二十幅之一，并由单国强老先生题款鉴定。2021年应邀参加海南春晚的录制，2022年应邀接受央视中学生频道《他们是大师》书画节目录播。

　　2010年10月所作的绘画作品入编《西柏坡杯全国书画大展作品集》，并被授予“当代中国书画界精英人物”的荣誉称号。

　　2010年10月在纪念徐悲鸿先生诞辰115周年全国书画大赛荣获优秀奖。

　　2010年11月美术作品在纪念新中国成立61周年“祖国颂”全国书画大奖赛活动中荣获金奖，并被革命历史博物馆永久收藏，同时其作品入选《华人时代》名人画刊。

　　2010年12月在首届“星海杯”全国书画作品大赛中荣获二等奖。

　　2011年10月参加为纪念辛亥革命100周年《中华魂》杯全球华人书画艺术大展并获得二等奖。

　　2011年，作为中国推荐的艺术名家参加了“聚华人之丹青，铭中西之和弦”辛亥革命一百周年全英艺术大赛暨精品展，作品在英国各大城市巡展三个月，并被组委会收藏。

　　2012年8月在第三届“星海杯”全国书画作品大赛中荣获一等奖。

　　2017年，书画作品应邀参加了“心纳万境”首届国展美术名家作品展，作品被中国国家画院收藏。

　　Yang Xiaoxu, male, born in 1966 in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia, currently works at the Bayannur Central Branch of the People's Bank of China. Influenced by family upbringing, I have been passionate about traditional Chinese culture since childhood, especially fascinated by ancient literature and painting and calligraphy. In the early years, due to the lack of guidance from wise teachers, I was unable to learn systematically and practiced less, only staying at liking. During my spare time in high school, I studied finance in college. Although I took some time to practice, I didn't achieve anything. After working and getting married, my workload increased, and I didn't start writing for more than 20 years. In recent years, I have been striving to become an unparalleled master of brushwork, but due to the lack of a master, I can only learn from the ancients and nature. Starting from traditional Chinese landscape painting, I have diligently studied my skills and have visited famous works since the Five Dynasties and Two Song dynasties. I have gained insights from the four schools of Yuan, and have followed up with Dong Ju and other masters in the Ming and Qing dynasties, which has deepened my painting skills. At the same time, collect ancient calligraphy and painting works, proofread and annotate them, in order to achieve great success. Since 2009, I have won numerous awards in the National Art Competition. In 2011, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution, landscape works were exhibited as masterpieces in the UK for over three months. Afterwards, in order to further improve, I squeezed out time and devoted myself to learning Chinese calligraphy. Based on regular script, I studied various famous calligraphy works since the Jin and Tang dynasties, and devoted myself to studying Wei and Jin masters, Wei steles, Zhiyong, and Outi. At the same time, I practiced seal script and clerical script such as Jinwen, Shiguwen, and Shimensong, mutually verifying each other's antiquity and improving calligraphy and painting comprehensively. My calligraphy and painting works have participated in various major exhibitions across the country. In September 2018, he was rated as a national first-class artist. In 2019, he was hired as an art consultant by Beijing Global Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and joined the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Art as a researcher. In August 2019, he was selected as one of the first batch of cultural celebrity studios - Yang Xiaoxu Studio by the Chinese Association of Chinese and Foreign Celebrities on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, and was awarded a bronze plaque and banner. The title was personally inscribed by the famous calligrapher Mr. Quan Xijun. In December 2019, it was jointly initiated by the Academic Committee of the China Association for Cultural Studies of Chinese and Foreign Celebrities and the Calligraphy and Painting World of the Calligraphy Daily to introduce academic masters in the Chinese art industry and focus on the selection of "masters in the hearts of the people". It was awarded two titles: Chinese landscape painting and calligraphy masters. His works have been selected as one of the twenty contemporary works of Chinese famous paintings, and have been appraised by Mr. Shan Guoqiang. In 2021, I was invited to participate in the recording of the Hainan Spring Festival Gala, and in 2022, I was invited to participate in the recording of the painting and calligraphy program "They Are Masters" on CCTV Middle School Channel.

　　Honors received:

　　The painting works made in October 2010 were included in the "National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition Collection of Xibaipo Cup" and were awarded the honorary title of "Elite Figure in Contemporary Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Industry".

　　In October 2010, he won the Excellence Award in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition to commemorate the 115th anniversary of Mr. Xu Beihong's birth.

　　In November 2010, his artworks won a gold medal in the National Calligraphy and Painting Grand Prix to commemorate the 61st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and were permanently collected by the Revolutionary History Museum. At the same time, his works were selected for the Celebrity Painting Magazine of the Chinese Era.

　　In December 2010, he won the second prize in the first "Star Sea Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

　　In October 2011, participated in the Global Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition of the "Chinese Soul" Cup to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution and won the second prize.

　　In 2011, as a recommended art master from China, he participated in the "Gathering Chinese Paintings and Engraving Chinese and Western Chords" All England Art Competition and Fine Exhibition for the 100th Anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution. His works toured major cities in the UK for three months and were collected by the organizing committee.

　　In August 2012, he won the first prize in the third "Xinghai Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

　　In 2017, calligraphy and painting works were invited to participate in the first National Exhibition of Fine Arts Masters' Works under the theme of "Embracing a Boundless Realm", and their works were collected by the National Academy of Painting of China.

　　In 2017, calligraphy and painting works were comprehensively reported by People's Art, sponsored by People's Daily.

　　In 2017, as one of the most accomplished figures in the calligraphy and painting industry, he was selected for the book "China's Innovative Power".

　　In 2018, calligraphy and painting works were included in the Selected Works of Chinese Art.

　　In 2018, calligraphy and painting works were selected for the "Chinese Art Masters on World Stamps" and stamps were issued in four countries including the United States, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.

　　In 2019, calligraphy and painting works participated in the invitation exhibition of calligraphy and painting masters held at the National Culture Palace. In 2019, two works were auctioned and sold by the China Europe Art Auction Company in Europe.
