　　高志强，1962年生于安徽省铜陵市，祖籍桐城，号云峰散人。毕业于安徽师范大学。1994年创办志强书画艺术学校，任校长。学生千余人次在全国各类艺术大赛中获金、银、铜奖。学校为全国各类高等学府输送了近千名生员。

　　高志强历任芜湖市书法家协会创作研究会副会长、理论研究会会长，芜湖市美术家协会秘书长。现任世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，北京昌禾美术馆荣誉馆长，中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会研究员，教授，国家一级美术师。著有《中国传统山水画技法解析》、《传统山水画皴法在创作中的运用》、《中国画画境》等多部理论文集。出版有《炫彩中国★名家高志强、范迪安作品集》、《大国艺坛巨匠高志强、孙晓云名家作品集》、《盛世中华，复兴有您》、《江山如此多娇》大型珍藏邮集个人专集。陶瓷作品被作为中南海特供。作品及传略被《中国历代书画名家大辞典》、《中国书法史近现代篇》、《书法年鉴》、《当代书画名家精英大典》等10余部大典、辞库和《中国收藏》、《名家大作》、《丹青巨匠》杂志收录。作品广被收藏。近年被国家相关专业机构授予“首席外交文艺家”、“全球外交文艺特使”、“国礼艺术大师”、“中美文化艺术贡献特使”、“中国艺术领军人物”、“新时代人民艺术家”、“当代百杰书画家”、“两会艺术先锋人物”、“2023年度最具影响力的艺术家”等称号。获“国际文化交流艺术之星”奖。

　　Gao Zhiqiang was born in 1962 in Tongling City, Anhui Province, with ancestral roots in Tongcheng and the nickname Yunfeng Sanren. Graduated from Anhui Normal University.
