何明耀，雁荡山人，祖籍浙江温州，生于1954年。

　　少时，跟随徐道之先生学中国画，向陈慎之先生学习书法，后师从徐悲鸿先生之弟子南艺博士生导师刘汝醴先生学画，荣为徐悲鸿先生再传弟子。

　　缘之所致，亦有幸得到陆俨少、亚明大师指导，茅塞顿开，主攻山水，花鸟，被评为中华非遗传统文化传承人。现为国家一级美术师、清华大学美术学院客座教授、南航金城学院客座教授。曾为全国人大会议中心作过九幅大画，山水作品被中国侨联及北京钓鱼台国宾馆收藏!被评为《国际和平艺术家》何明耀!2014年，中、法建交50周年，自创作品作为国礼赠予了法国总统奥朗德被法国政府收藏……

　　在历经数十载的创作中，成名作品不计其数，画风从单一到多元，汲取古往今来画派之精髓，融入自我对相关艺术真谛的理解和认知，凭借自身阅历和学识，逐渐形成自己独特的风格，作品深受各界同道人士的青睐和喜爱。

　　我画如我心，心境有多么宽广，我的画就有多么无羁。或江山无限、或广茂无垠、或清山绿水、或大好河山……

　　有大必有小，怡情小画也如繁星闪耀，温润一隅，呈现出江南男子的儒雅谦和，令人爱不释手。花鸟虫草，兰竹傲梅，时常跃与纸上，与山水大气磅礴相互映衬，遥相呼应，刚柔并济，互成互补，相互成就。

　　有言说：“凡画，最难在人，次山水，次翎毛走兽”深意于此吧。画有远景近色相融，相辅相成，点墨在心，胸有成竹，落笔自是一道活着的风景;月有阴晴圆缺眼有高低不同，一草一木尽收眼底，情之所至，水到渠成，墨色尽处，恰是情之所起……于是，不知是人没入了画，还是画融进了心，该是相融为一体了。

　　He Mingyao, from Yandang Mountain, has ancestral roots in Wenzhou, Zhejiang and was born in 1954.

　　When he was young, he followed Mr. Xu Daozhi to learn Chinese painting, learned calligraphy from Mr. Chen Shenzhi, and later studied painting under Mr. Liu Ruli, a doctoral supervisor of Nanyi, a disciple of Mr. Xu Beihong. He was honored as a disciple of Mr. Xu Beihong.

　　Due to fate, I was fortunate enough to receive guidance from Master Lu Yanshao and Master Yaming. With a sudden breakthrough, I focused on landscapes, flowers and birds, and was awarded the title of inheritor of traditional Chinese intangible cultural heritage. I am currently a national first-class artist, a visiting professor at the School of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and a visiting professor at Jincheng College of Southern Airlines. I have painted nine large paintings for the National People's Congress Center, and my landscape works have been collected by the Chinese Federation of Overseas Chinese and the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing! He Mingyao, awarded the title of International Peace Artist! In 2014, on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, a self created work was presented as a national gift to French President Hollande and was collected by the French government

　　Through decades of creation, countless famous works have emerged, with art styles ranging from singular to diverse. Drawing on the essence of art schools from ancient to modern times, incorporating one's own understanding and cognition of the true essence of related art, and relying on one's own experience and knowledge, gradually forming one's own unique style, the works are highly favored and loved by colleagues from all walks of life.

　　I paint like my heart, how broad my mind is, how unrestrained my painting is. Or the rivers and mountains are infinite, or the vast and boundless, or the clear mountains and green waters, or the beautiful rivers and mountains

　　There must be big, there must be small. Yiqing small paintings shine like stars, presenting a gentle corner that showcases the elegance and humility of men from Jiangnan, which is irresistible. Flowers, birds, cordyceps, orchids, bamboo, and plums often leap on paper, complementing the majestic landscape from afar. They complement each other in strength and softness, achieving mutual success.

　　There is a saying that goes, "The most difficult part of painting is in people, second to mountains and rivers, second to feathered beasts.". Painting with distant and close colors blending together, complementing each other, with ink in the heart and a clear mind. Writing is a living scenery; The moon has its ups and downs, its circles are missing, and its eyes are different in height. Every blade of grass and every tree captures the depths of the eye. When emotions come, water flows naturally, and ink flows everywhere, it is precisely the beginning of emotions... So, it is unclear whether the person has disappeared from the painting or the painting has merged into the heart, and it should be integrated into one.
