续金海、男、汉族、1956 年 12 月生于甘肃省会宁，籍贯:山西哼县人。毕业于西南政法大学公安专业，清华大学中国书法艺术研究生课程进修班毕业，原甘肃省森林公安局，曾任派出所所长，公安局副局长、局长政委、调研员。现为国家一级美术师，国家一级书法师，宋庄国际书画院院长、全国书画行业著名专家、国际名家书画院副院长、教授、中华文化研究院副院长、中国书画家协会名誉副主席、中国诗联书画研究院副院长中国书法美术研究会名誉会长、中国书画研究院副院长，北京宝延轩书画院院士、高级书画师，中华国礼中心特邀书画名家，中国书法家协会理事阿拉伯大使馆特聘书画师、中国名家书法协会副主席、中国当代书画家代表作典藏主编、中国名家名作典藏主编、中国国际书画研究院国际交易联盟理事。参加《金鼎奖全国书法美术展赛》、《第二届“盛世中华”全国书法美术大赛》和《首届“国誉杯”世界华人美术书法展赛》等，荣获一等奖金奖 13 次、荣获银奖8次;及“美讯杯中国艺术与财富杰出年度人物银奖”特授予“全国首批优秀人才模范勋章、中国爱国艺术名家、中华传世金奖中国杰出书画艺术家、中国书画艺术家百佳、爱党爱国功勋书画艺术家中华爱国艺术名家、国艺书画名家、与党旗同辉·功勋书画艺术家、中国最具收藏潜力艺术家、中华文化名人、共和国红色传承书画名家、中国红色文化艺术家、2015年中华人民共和国文化部评定为《中国十大名家》中华金奖艺术名家及香港国际拍卖有限公司授予2008 最具市场升值潜力人物和特级书法家”中共十九次全国代表大会授予“艺术大家”等称号
