刘石安，香樟敬墨堂主人，1945年1月生，湖南省株洲市攸县黄丰桥镇杨丰村人。中共党员，曾任村主干、乡企管理员，乡书店发行员，个体照相员。55岁闲休后，进入中华诗词(北京)创作研究中心函授进修1年，与传统诗词结缘，所作诗词入编《中国文学精品典藏》等620余部典籍中。撰写了《一个先锋队员向艺术顶峰追逐》的诗学心得，由中央党校《理论前沿》杂志社征稿与中国领导科学研究会编辑入编《中国领导科学发展与实践》后，有《人民公仆》等近40个典集转载，获理论界，新闻界，文学界，出版界好评。誉为有思想艺术高度，有传播广度，有影响深度的最具影响力的诗人，2009年获中华诗词终身成就奖，2011年列入“中华诗词名家丛书》出版《古曲新词》个人诗集”，在纪念鲁迅130周年之际，由中国作家协会等授于"鲁迅文学奖"。

　　从小酷爱书法，小学毕业期书法练习作业由任课老师洪春林先生点评为“顶呱呱，呱呱叫”，在基层工作的几十年中抓住-切机会锻炼提升书写技能，闲休后与诗词创作并举，把自作诗词扦上艺术的翅膀，在国内外远走高飞，广泛交流展示，获得国内外文艺团体，媒体的好评如潮。

　　2008年连任攸县书法家协会理事。

　　2010年连攸县作家协会理亊。

　　2011年中国国际画院聘为终身副院长。

　　2007年首倡创办湖南省第一家乡镇文联，即黄丰桥镇文联，义务连任秘书长15年。

　　2008加入株洲市书法家协会会员。

　　2021年评为攸县笫三届十届乡贤之一。

　　2011年中国人事社会保障部的人才中心认定为共和国高级书法师。

　　2013年9月中国文学艺术研究会为我编辑第-个个人书法专集就冠名“国家艺术人物”。

　　2013年被审定为联合国国际文化艺术家联合总会“理事”。

　　2014年6月中国国家书画网以《中国文化》专刊为我编辑第2个书法专集又冠名《国家文化传承人物》。

　　2016年10月华夏国学出版社为我出版第3个书法专集冠以“东方之子，影响世界30位中国艺术家选集。

　　2015年被授予瑞典皇家艺术学院“荣誉博士学位”。

　　2015年3月中华人民共和国文化部授于“文化名人"称号。

　　2016年冬，中国文联，中国书法家协会联合授予“一级书法师"称号。

　　2016年中国文化史学会为健在的欧阳中石先生与本人授予“荣耀中华，艺术终身成就奖。

　　2017年联合国艺术中心特邀我多幅书法作品入编《環球大典》

　　2017年中国书法家协会破格接受为会员。

　　2018年由43家文艺团体推荐入编《中华名贤录》文艺卷并授予“现代传奇人物》称号。

　　2019年法兰西皇家美术学院磷选入编《世界殿堂級艺术大师》20人集，

　　2021年中国国家美术网编辑入编《中国艺术大红袍艺术家》合集并同时出版《大红袍艺术家刘石安》专集，中国现代文艺学会选入《行书宗师八大家》之一。

　　2022年4月中国拍卖联盟中心确认定为《中国艺术软黄金》名家。

　　2023年3月入驻中国报道“2023年中国书画界品牌人物走向世界。

　　2023年11月由中国艺术润格网，央视网编入《国之巨匠九大艺术领袖》珍藏册中。

　　2023年11月国际艺术投资收藏网授予“全球艺术投资巅峰奖”。

　　2023年12月中国文联主管的功勋艺术网授予“功勋艺术家”称号。

　　Liu Shi'an, the owner of Xiangzhang Jingmo Hall, was born in January 1945 in Yangfeng Village, Huangfengqiao Town, You County, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. A member of the Communist Party of China, formerly served as a village leader, township enterprise administrator, township bookstore distributor, and individual photographer. After a leisurely rest at the age of 55, he entered the correspondence program at the Chinese Poetry (Beijing) Creation and Research Center for one year of further education. He became acquainted with traditional poetry and his poems were included in more than 620 classic books, including the "Collection of Chinese Literature Boutique". I have written a poetic reflection on "A Pioneer Pursuing the Peak of Art", which was solicited by the Central Party School's "Theoretical Frontiers" magazine and edited by the China Leadership Science Research Association into "Development and Practice of China's Leadership Science". It has been reprinted in nearly 40 classic collections such as "People's Servants" and has received praise from the theoretical, news, literary, and publishing communities. Renowned as the most influential poet with a high level of ideological and artistic expression, wide dissemination, and profound influence, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese Poetry in 2009 and was included in the "Collection of Famous Chinese Poets" in 2011, which published a personal poetry collection titled "Ancient Qu Xin Ci". On the occasion of commemorating the 130th anniversary of Lu Xun, he was awarded the "Lu Xun Literature Award" by the Chinese Writers Association and others.

　　I have been passionate about calligraphy since I was young. During my elementary school graduation period, my calligraphy practice homework was praised by my teacher, Mr. Hong Chunlin, as "top-notch, top-notch." During my decades of working at the grassroots level, I seized every opportunity to improve my writing skills. In my free time, I worked together with poetry creation, using my own poetry as the wings of my art. I have spread far and wide both domestically and internationally, exchanging and showcasing it, and have received high praise from literary groups and media at home and abroad.

　　In 2008, he was re elected as a director of the You County Calligraphers Association.

　　In 2010, he served as a director of the Writers Association in Lianyou County.

　　In 2011, China International Academy of Painting was appointed as the lifelong vice president.

　　In 2007, he initiated the establishment of the first township literary federation in Hunan Province, namely the Huangfengqiao Town Literary Federation, and voluntarily served as the Secretary General for 15 years.

　　Joined the Zhuzhou Calligraphers Association as a member in 2008.

　　In 2021, he was named one of the top ten township elites in the third session of You County.

　　In 2011, the Talent Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China recognized him as a senior calligrapher of the Republic.

　　In September 2013, the Chinese Literature and Art Research Association edited my first personal calligraphy collection and titled it "National Artistic Figures".

　　In 2013, it was approved as a member of the United Nations International Federation of Cultural Artists.

　　In June 2014, China National Calligraphy and Painting Network edited the second calligraphy collection for me, titled "National Cultural Inheritance Figures", with the special issue of "Chinese Culture".

　　In October 2016, Huaxia Guoxue Publishing House published my third calligraphy monograph titled "Selected Works of 30 Chinese Artists Influenced by the East".

　　In 2015, he was awarded an honorary doctoral degree from the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts.

　　In March 2015, the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China awarded the title of "Cultural Celebrity".

　　In the winter of 2016, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Calligraphers Association jointly awarded the title of "First Class Calligrapher".

　　In 2016, the Chinese Cultural History Society awarded Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi and himself the Honor of China, Lifetime Achievement Award in Art.

　　In 2017, the United Nations Center for the Arts invited me to include multiple calligraphy works in the Global Encyclopedia

　　In 2017, the Chinese Calligraphers Association made an exception by accepting membership.

　　In 2018, it was recommended by 43 literary and artistic groups to be included in the literary volume of "Record of Chinese Famous Sages" and awarded the title of "Modern Legendary Figure".

　　In 2019, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France was selected and included in the 20 person collection "World Hall level Art Masters",

　　In 2021, the National Art Network of China edited and edited a collection of "Chinese Art Da Hong Pao Artists" and simultaneously published a special collection of "Da Hong Pao Artist Liu Shi'an". The China Modern Literature and Art Society selected it as one of the "Eight Masters of Running Script".

　　In April 2022, the China Auction Alliance Center confirmed the title of a renowned artist in "Chinese Art Soft Gold".

　　In March 2023, I entered China and reported that "2023 Chinese calligraphy and painting industry brand figures will go global.".

　　In November 2023, it was included in the collection of "Nine Art Leaders of China's Giant Craftsmen" by China Art Runge Network and CCTV Network.

　　In November 2023, the International Art Investment Collection website awarded the "Global Art Investment Summit Award".

　　In December 2023, the Meritorious Art Network under the supervision of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles awarded the title of "Meritorious Artist".
