跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　梁荣新，1959年出生于广州，祖籍广东梅州西阳，承学于黎雄才教授，张彦教授，修读于广州美术学院国画系山水画专业。国家一级美术师、中央美术学院客座教授、民盟成员、中国收藏家协会会员、中国国画创作研究院研究员、广州市花都画院院长、“黎家山水”非遗传承人、中国红色文化研究会会员。

　　Liang Rongxin was born in Guangzhou in 1959, with ancestral roots in Xiyang, Meizhou, Guangdong. He studied under Professor Li Xiongcai and Professor Zhang Yan, and studied landscape painting at the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. National first-class artist, visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, member of the Democratic League of China, member of the China Collectors Association, researcher at the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, director of the Guangzhou Huadu Painting Academy, inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of "Lijia Landscape", and member of the China Red Culture Research Association.
