跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　刘观庆，1941年出生于江苏江阴。当代中国著名设计教育家，画家。江南大学设计学院教授，硕士研究生导师。1960年代在南京大学工作期间师从江苏省国画院亚明、宋文治、魏紫熙等著名画家学习中国画，1973年调至无锡轻工业学院(今江南大学)任教。1988年留学日本东京造形大学进修工业设计，回国后担任工业设计系主任。曾任中国工业设计协会理事、江苏省工业设计学会副理事长。获评中国工业设计十佳推广杰出人物，江苏省首席科技传播专家。国画主攻山水画,兼及人物和花鸟画，作品有《水墨霞客路》《宝岛游踪》《东瀛撷芳》《西欧掠影》《黉序宏开》等山水画系列、《抗疫群英谱》《奥运奖牌榜》等人物画系列。现为国家高级美术师，中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院副院长，中国东方文化研究会高级艺术顾问，中国大众文化学会书画艺术委员会委员，香港美术家协会名誉主席，江苏省工业设计学会特邀顾问，江苏省美术家协会会员，无锡横云书画院艺术委员，无锡市徐霞客研究会顾问。

　　Liu Guanqing was born in Jiangyin, Jiangsu in 1941. Famous contemporary Chinese design educator and painter. Professor and master's supervisor at the School of Design, Jiangnan University. During his work at Nanjing University in the 1960s, he studied Chinese painting under famous painters such as Yaming, Song Wenzhi, and Wei Zixi from Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting. In 1973, he was transferred to Wuxi Light Industry College (now Jiangnan University) to teach. In 1988, he studied industrial design at Tokyo University of Design in Japan and served as the head of the Department of Industrial Design upon returning to his home country. Formerly served as a director of the China Industrial Design Association and vice chairman of the Jiangsu Industrial Design Society. Awarded as one of the top ten outstanding figures in promoting industrial design in China and the chief technology communication expert in Jiangsu Province. Traditional Chinese painting focuses on landscape painting, as well as character and flower and bird painting. Its works include landscape painting series such as "Ink and Mist on the Road", "Journey to Treasure Island", "Gathering Fragrance from Japan", "Western European Scenery", and "Hongkai School Preface", as well as character painting series such as "Anti epidemic Heroes Handbook" and "Olympic Medal List". I am currently a national senior artist, vice president of China Education Television Ink Painting Academy, senior art consultant of China Oriental Culture Research Association, member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of China Popular Culture Society, honorary chairman of Hong Kong Artists Association, special consultant of Jiangsu Industrial Design Society, member of Jiangsu Artists Association, art committee member of Wuxi Hengyun Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and consultant of Wuxi Xu Xiake Research Association.
