　　唐忠球，1965年生，五个一工程奖获得者，21世纪中国文化艺术人才，中国书法大家、国家一级书法师，高级畜牧师，湖南常宁市人。硕士研究生毕业后做过教师、省属国企高管、公务员和湖南省农科院工作。
