跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。 段建辉，陕西省咸阳市人。一九八七年以全市最高分考入中国书画函授大学西安军队分校。在中国书法史，书法审美，诸体技法方面打下了坚实基础。二O一八年元月有幸成为中国书法家协会创始人杨再春导师的学生。受恩师教导，在书法理论方面得到进一步提升。四十多年来，上朔汉隶魏碑，下研唐宋名帖，特别是在隶书方面融汇简帛和篆书笔意和结体元素，行成了古朴厚重，飘逸灵动的独特风格。于二O二O年被国务院，文化部授予非遗《段建辉隶书体》。打破了千百年来隶书趋于方块的桎梏。推动了书法艺术的发展。本人现为中国翰林院艺术家联合会理事。中央电视台艺术传承栏目组特聘客座教授。中国艺术名家推荐委员会特聘教授。文化部艺术发展中心颁证国家一级书法师。中华人民共和国国宾礼(外事)管理中心授权国宾礼特供书法家。中央电视台水墨丹青书画院会员。中国书画家协会会员。中国翰林院美术馆副馆长兼咸阳馆馆长。海南国联文化艺术研修院硕士研究生导师。 2O23年度入编中国人民美术出版社出版的《中国近现代名家典藏画集综合卷》，既为大红袍书画家。 主要成就： 二O二二年冬奥会特别推荐艺术家。二O二二年被中国互联网新闻中心特授予二O二三年度最具收藏艺术家。二0二三年与孙晓云，何家英，张海，冯远等荣获幅布斯中国书画十大名人。同年，被一带一路国际艺术促进会授予《中国书画终身成就奖》。二O二四年被中国人民美术出版社编入大红袍《中国近现代名家典藏画集，综合卷》。自二O一五年以来，先后在全国性书法专业展赛中获奖二十三次。其隶书，行草书作品被两岸三地，韩国等多家主要馆所和国内大专院校，企业单位及个人收藏。行草书每平方尺6万，隶书9万。 Duan
Jianhui, from Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. In 1987, he was admitted
to the Xi'an Military Branch of China Correspondence University of
Calligraphy and Painting with the highest score in the city. In the
history of Chinese calligraphy, calligraphy aesthetics, and various
techniques have laid a solid foundation. In January 2018, I was
fortunate enough to become a student of Yang Zaichun, the founder of the
Chinese Calligraphers Association. Under the guidance of my mentor, I
have further improved my calligraphy theory. For over forty years, the
Han and Li Wei inscriptions have been studied, while the Tang and Song
famous calligraphy works have been studied. Especially in the field of
Li script, the brushwork and structural elements of bamboo and silk and
seal script have been integrated, forming a unique style that is simple,
heavy, elegant, and dynamic. In 1920, he was awarded the intangible
cultural heritage "Duan Jianhui Li Shu Ti" by the State Council and the
Ministry of Culture. Breaking the shackles of thousands of years of
clerical script tending towards blocks. Promoted the development of
calligraphy art. I am currently a member of the Artists Association of
the Chinese Hanlin Academy. Special Visiting Professor of the Art

Paintings of Famous Chinese Modern and Contemporary Masters published
by the People's Fine Arts Publishing House of China. He is both a
calligrapher and painter of Da Hongpao. Main achievements: Artists
are specially recommended for the 2022 Winter Olympics. In 2022, he was
specially awarded the Most Collected Artist in 2023 by China Internet
News Center. In 2023, together with Sun Xiaoyun, He Jiaying, Zhang Hai,
Feng Yuan, and others, he was awarded the title of "Top Ten Famous
Figures in Chinese Painting and Calligraphy". In the same year, he was
awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award of Chinese Painting and
Calligraphy by the the Belt and Road International Arts Promotion
Association. In 2024, it was included in Da Hongpao's "Collection of
Chinese Modern and Contemporary Masters, Comprehensive Volume" by the
People's Fine Arts Publishing House of China. Since 2015, he has won 23
awards in national calligraphy professional exhibitions and
competitions. His works in clerical script and cursive script have been
collected by major libraries across the Taiwan Strait, three regions,
South Korea, and domestic colleges, enterprises, units, and individuals.
The cursive script costs 60000 yuan per square foot, while the clerical
script costs 90000 yuan.
