跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　1983年开始创作连环画，先后于河北美术出版社出《西游记--天竺国》、《古代文学家》，《中国古代科学家》

　　1984年绘制大型连环画《中国通史--隋朝的建立和统一》，浙江少儿出版社出版;

　　1984年绘制连环画《百年历史画册--英国历史》，山西人民出版社出版;

　　1995年连环画《中国古代经营谋略--郑和下西洋》，江西美术出版社出版，荣获中共中央“五个一”工程奖;

　　1995年绘制连环画《中国近代百年史--重庆谈判》，河北少儿出版社出版;

　　1986年给河北少年儿童出版社绘制大型连环画，中国古代科学家、中国古代军事家、中国古代文学家;

　　1998年山水画《太行牧歌》入选中日美术交流展，评为中日友好美术交流协会会员;

　　1999年参加绘制《江山万里图》，国家主席江泽民为此作题字，作为澳门回归之献礼，现收藏于澳门特别行政区博物馆;

　　2010年随“丝绸之路”和平之旅世界著名华人美术家环球之旅抵达乌兹别克斯坦，被胡锦涛主席接见，并被乌兹别克斯坦艺术科学院授予金质奖章;

　　2013年上海经合组织峰会，在吉尔吉斯斯坦，作为艺术家代表被习近平主席接见;·2013年12月28号，水墨之韵--彭国昌山水画作品全国巡回展青州站开幕。

　　2014年04月19号，水墨之韵--彭国昌山水画作品全国巡回展潍坊站开幕。

　　2014年5月，2014亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议(亚洲峰会)“和谐亚洲”国家和平艺术家绘画作品展。

　　2014年8月，水墨之韵--彭国昌山水、人物画作品全国巡回展郑州站在河南省美术馆开幕。

　　2014年跟随前外交部长李肇星出访柬埔寨被柬埔寨国王接见，并授予柬埔寨皇家艺术学院荣誉教授。

　　Started creating comic strips in 1983, and successively published "Journey to the West - India", "Ancient Literature", and "Chinese Ancient Scientists" at Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House

　　In 1984, a large-scale comic book titled "General History of China - Establishment and Unification of the Sui Dynasty" was drawn and published by Zhejiang Children's Publishing House;

　　In 1984, he drew a comic book titled "A Hundred Year Calendar History Album - British History", which was published by Shanxi People's Publishing House;

　　In 1995, the comic book "Ancient Chinese Business Strategy - Zheng He's Voyage to the West" was published by Jiangxi Fine Arts Publishing House and won the "Five Ones" Project Award of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China;

　　In 1995, he drew a comic book titled "A Century of Modern Chinese History - Chongqing Negotiations", which was published by Hebei Children's Publishing House;

　　In 1986, he created a large-scale comic book for Hebei Children's Publishing House, which includes ancient Chinese scientists, military strategists, and literary figures;

　　In 1998, the landscape painting "Taihang Pastoral Song" was selected for the China Japan Art Exchange Exhibition and was awarded the membership of the China Japan Friendship Art Exchange Association;

　　In 1999, the landscape painting "The vast and desolate Taihang Mountains" won the Excellent Award at the Communist Youth League Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition;

　　In 1999, he participated in the drawing of the "Ten Thousand Miles of the Yangtze River and Mountains", and President Jiang Zemin wrote an inscription for it as a tribute to the return of Macau. It is now collected in the Macao Special Administrative Region Museum;

　　In 2000, his works were selected for the "National Soul · Land Situation" China Works Exhibition and won the Excellent Award;

　　In the 2001 "Western Love" Chinese Painting Exhibition, the work "Gu Yuan" won the second prize;

　　In the 2001 National Exhibition of Chinese Painting Works, the work "Autumn Mountain Dreams Around" won the Excellence Award;

　　In 2002, his work was awarded the Excellent Award at the Chinese Painting Exhibition commemorating the 60th anniversary of Mao Zedong's speech at the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art

　　In the 2003 China Artists Association Chinese Painting Nomination Exhibition, the work won a gold medal;

　　In the 2004 Cai Xiangqing Chinese Painting Exhibition, the artwork won the National Excellent Award;

　　In 2004, the Chinese landscape painting "Listening to the Waves at Yunshan" won the Excellent Award. In the third Chinese Painting Exhibition in 2007, the work won the highest award;

　　In 2010, he arrived in Uzbekistan with the "Silk Road" peace journey and the world-renowned Chinese artist's global tour. He was received by President Hu Jintao and awarded a gold medal by the Uzbekistan Academy of Arts and Sciences;

　　On December 28, 2013, the National Tour Exhibition of Peng Guochang's Landscape Paintings - The Charm of Ink and Wash Painting - Qingzhou Station opened.

　　On April 19, 2014, the National Tour Exhibition of Peng Guochang's Landscape Paintings - The Charm of Ink and Wash Painting - Weifang Station opened.

　　In May 2014, the 2014 Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (Asia Summit) held an exhibition of art works by peace artists from "Harmonious Asia" countries.

　　In August 2014, the National Tour Exhibition of Peng Guochang's Landscape and Figure Paintings - The Charm of Ink and Wash Painting - Zhengzhou Station opened at the Henan Provincial Art Museum.

　　In 2014, he followed former Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing on a visit to Cambodia and was received by the King of Cambodia, who awarded him the honorary professor of the Royal Academy of Arts in Cambodia.

　　In 2017, he arrived in Ukraine with the world-renowned Chinese artist's global tour of peace, and was awarded the title of professor by the National Academy of Fine Arts of Ukraine.
