跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　钟世启，字思奇，江西寻乌人。联合国教科文世界书画家IAO、中华人民共和国文化部ISC一级画师。中国美术学会终生常务副主席，为中原书画研究院院士，中国美术家协会理事(国际)，中国工艺美术家协会会员，中国国学研究会会员，中国书画艺术家协会理事，中国传统艺术鉴定评估委员会艺术家学部委员会理事委员，美国海外艺术家协会理事，世界书画家协会会员。中华人民共和国全国人事资质资格考核办公室审定为国家一级美术师。钟世启先生自幼年就开始酷爱绘画，后曾在一所中学任教十几年，为开拓艺术事业，改而专业从事绘画。经常参加国际、国内的艺术大展、大赛活动，获得入选奖、一等奖、铜奖、银奖、金奖、金牌奖、金杯奖、特别金奖、荣誉金奖、特别国际荣誉金奖、金爵奖、华夏精英金奖、杰出成就金奖等数十次。作品在北京美术馆、中国展览馆、韩国、日本、美国、加拿大、泰国等巡展。中国文化部、中国文联、世界教科文卫组织等多次授予“中国杰出艺术家”、“世界杰出华人艺术家”等荣誉称号。作品入编《中国美术集》、《世界美术集》等数十部作品集。生平入编《中国美术家传》、《世界美术家传》、《中国专家大辞典》、《世界名人录》等数十部典籍。

The Lifetime Executive Vice Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts is an academician of the Central Plains Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, a member of the Chinese Artists Association (International), a member of the Chinese Arts and Crafts Association, a member of the Chinese National Studies Research Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association, a member of the Artists Department Committee of the Chinese Traditional Art Appraisal and Evaluation Committee, a member of the Overseas Artists Association of the United States, and a member of the World Calligraphers and Painters Association. The National Personnel Qualification Assessment Office of the People's Republic of China has approved it as a national first-class artist. Mr. Zhong Shiqi has been passionate about painting since childhood and later taught at a high school for more than ten years. In order to expand his artistic career, he switched to specializing in painting. I often participate in international and domestic art exhibitions and competitions, and have won dozens of awards, including selection, first prize, bronze, silver, gold, gold, gold cup, special gold, honor, special international honor, golden jue, elite gold, outstanding achievement gold, etc. The works are exhibited on tours at the Beijing Art Museum, China Exhibition Hall, South Korea, Japan, the United States, Canada, Thailand, and other places.
