跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　张连城，男，1948年生，山东省聊城市人，聊城书协会员，华夏夕阳红书画协会会员。作品在中国当代实力派书画家奥运国际交流展中荣获金奖，已入编英汉双语大型专业画册《中国当代实力派书画家润格作品收藏大典》中，并被北京九州枫林国际书画艺术院收藏，授予“中国当代实力派书画家”,“中华优秀传统文化传承人”荣誉称号。中华优秀传统文化人物评审委员会、中国书画艺术名家网、中国书法美术名家网共同授予“华夏国宝”、“中华优秀传统文化传承人物”荣誉称号，作品《沁园春雪》等四幅作品列入华夏书局立项的《华夏国宝-中华优秀文化传承人作品集》。

　　2015年曾被中国书画艺术院聘为“院士”，中国书画网络电视台聘为中国书画网络电视台“签约书画家”、中国书画家职称评定委员会评定为“二级美术师”、中国书法美术名家网聘为“高级书画顾问”、中国书画艺术名家网聘为“高级艺术顾问”、《九州艺术与投资》杂志社聘为“高级书画师”、2019年曲阜鸿儒书画院聘为“理事会主席”。

　　2019年8月加入中国楹联学会会员。

　　2019年8月被授予“2019年中国文化艺术传播大使”荣誉称号。在建国70周年之际授予“人民功勋艺术家”。

　　2019年5月由中国通俗文艺研究会主办、神州杂志社出版的“新时代”大家名家一书刊登了“张连城、范迪安、苏士澍”三个人的作品集，封面采用了张连城的作品《沁园春雪》扇面，封底采用了张连城的作品“龍”字。应北京艺都墨香书画院的邀请，

　　2019年7月份将参加在青州举行的“中韩书画名家交流展”。

　　2019年8月作品《沁园春·雪》和《沁园春·长沙》被荣选为国礼作品并被马来西亚办公厅永久收藏。

　　Zhang Liancheng, male, born in 1948, is from Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. He is a member of the Liaocheng Calligraphy Association and the Huaxia Sunset Red Calligraphy and Painting Association. The work won a gold medal at the Olympic International Exchange Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Powerful Calligraphers and Painters, and has been included in the large-scale professional album "Chinese Contemporary Powerful Calligraphers and Painters Runge Collection Ceremony" in both English and Chinese. It has also been collected by the Beijing Jiuzhou Fenglin International Calligraphy and Painting Art Academy and awarded the honorary titles of "Chinese Contemporary Powerful Calligraphers and Painters" and "Excellent Inheritor of Chinese Traditional Culture". The Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Figures Evaluation Committee, the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Masters Network, and the Chinese Calligraphy and Art Masters Network jointly awarded the honorary titles of "Chinese National Treasure" and "Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Inheritor". Four works, including "Spring Snow in Qinyuan", were included in the "Chinese National Treasure - Chinese Excellent Culture Inheritor Works Collection" established by the Huaxia Book Company.

　　In 2015, he was appointed as an "academician" by the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Art, a "contracted calligrapher and painter" by the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Network Television, a "second level artist" by the China Calligrapher and Painting Professional Title Evaluation Committee, a "senior calligrapher and painting consultant" by the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Art, a "senior art consultant" by the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting Art, a "senior calligrapher and painter" by the Jiuzhou Art and Investment Magazine, and a "council chairman" by the Qufu Hongru Academy of Calligraphy and Painting in 2019.

　　Joined the Chinese Association of Couplets as a member in August 2019.

　　In August 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "2019 Chinese Cultural and Art Communication Ambassador". On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, he was awarded the title of "Artist of the People's Merit".

　　In May 2019, the book "New Era" published by the China Popular Literature and Art Research Association and the Shenzhou Magazine published a collection of works by Zhang Liancheng, Fan Dian, and Su Shishu. The cover features the fan of Zhang Liancheng's work "Spring Snow in Qinyuan", and the back cover uses the character "dragon" from Zhang Liancheng's work. At the invitation of Beijing Yidu Moxiang Calligraphy and Painting Academy,

　　In July 2019, I will participate in the "Sino Korean Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exchange Exhibition" held in Qingzhou.

　　In August 2019, the works "Qinyuan Spring Snow" and "Qinyuan Spring Changsha" were selected as national ritual works and permanently collected by the Malaysian Office.
