跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

吴培芝，女，1955年出生于湖南省怀化市新晃侗族自治县，祖籍贵州省玉屏县，号夜郎山人。中国著名画家，中国书画院高级院士，国家高级美术艺术传承师，国际一级美术师，国家一级书画家，国家高级工艺美术师，中华国礼艺术专家，中国书画行业研究员，--2017年参加中央电视台举办的华人春晚，并获优秀艺术家光荣勋章。--2012年5月在香港举办了个人画展。--2019年9月28日又以浓墨重彩，墨彩交融的独特画风在北京李可染画院举办了个人画展，深得专家学者高度贊扬。--2021年5月由国家邮政局国家集邮网再次以(杰出艺术名家)光荣称号出版发行个人肖像邮票。--2021年9月1日再次接受中央电视台CCTV《名家经典对话》专访报导。2022年3月18日参加亚洲第五届慈善公益事业大典会议，获2021年艺坛领军人物荣誉称号奖杯。2022年8月17日参加第二十二届世纪大风采会议，又获得我国艺坛书画领军人物奖杯，并获中华艺术爱国形象大使奖杯和勋章。2022年九月艺术作品在北京《艺脉相承》多号地铁线巡回展播。其作品已入编《中国美术史》名人录和《世界艺术名人》录，2023年作品又入编《中国历代书画名家大辞典》。2022年由中国国家艺术促进会，中国美协，中国书协及国家人才库颁发的《人民艺术家》荣誉奖牌。2023年2月又获中国国际八大部门授予的《精忠报国》艺术家荣誉称号，2023年12月5日接受我国《国宝艺术名家专访》。2024年绘画和瓷器艺术作品已获世界非物质文化遗产传承师称号，并评为世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长。2024年4月24号由河北省承德市双桥区政府邀请在承德文化馆举办个人画展，深得广大观者高度赞扬。

　　Wu Peizhi, female, was born in 1955 in Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Her ancestral home is Yuping County, Guizhou Province, and she is from Yelangshan. Famous Chinese painter, senior academician of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, national senior art inheritor, international first-class artist, national first-class painter and calligrapher, national senior craft artist, expert in Chinese ritual art, and researcher in the Chinese painting and calligraphy industry. In 2017, he participated in the Chinese Spring Festival Gala hosted by CCTV and was awarded the Honorary Medal of Outstanding Artist-- A solo art exhibition was held in Hong Kong in May 2012-- On September 28, 2019, a personal art exhibition was held at the Li Keran Academy in Beijing, showcasing a unique style of painting that combines ink and color, receiving high praise from experts and scholars-- In May 2021, a personal portrait stamp was once again published and issued by the National Philatelic Network of the State Post Administration with the honorable title of (Outstanding Artist)-- On September 1, 2021, I was once again interviewed by CCTV's "Classic Dialogue of Famous Masters". On March 18, 2022, participated in the 5th Asian Charity and Public Welfare Ceremony and was awarded the 2021 Leading Figure in the Art Industry Honorary Title Trophy. On August 17, 2022, he participated in the 22nd Century Grand Brilliance Conference and was awarded the Leading Figure in Chinese Art Calligraphy and Painting Trophy, as well as the Chinese Art Patriotic Image Ambassador Trophy and Medal. In September 2022, art works will be exhibited and broadcasted on multiple subway lines of Beijing's "Inheritance of Art Veins". His works have been included in the Celebrity List of Chinese Art History and World Art Celebrities, and in 2023, his works were also included in the Dictionary of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters of All Dynasties. The Honorary Medal of "People's Artists" presented by the China National Art Promotion Association, China Artists Association, China Calligraphy Association, and National Talent Pool in 2022. In February 2023, he was awarded the honorary title of "Loyal to the Country" artist by the eight major international departments of China. On December 5, 2023, he was interviewed by China's "National Treasure Art Masters". In 2024, painting and porcelain art works have been awarded the title of World Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor and have been awarded the position of Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. On April 24, 2024, a personal art exhibition was invited by the Shuangqiao District Government of Chengde City, Hebei Province to be held at the Chengde Cultural Museum, which received high praise from the audience.
