跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　钱中诚：1962年生，江苏东台人，人民书画家、国家一级美术师、教育部电教办高级美术教师培训师、中国美术家协会会员、中国收藏家协会资深会员南京汉风书画院副院长、少年在东台工艺美术厂学画、上世纪八十年代中后期师从付小石专攻山水。独辟蹊径，走不同古人、不同时人，用笔苍润奇拙，力透纸背，创新并彰显中国画特有笔力受海内外书画界认可，过硬的指墨泼彩和独特风格用到教学之中--为业内典范!

　　2023年3月中华人民共和国艺术职称国家审委员会授予钱中诚同志:[中华人民共和国艺术传承与创新人才]荣誉称号:2023年7月经国家公益慈善总会评审委员会一致审评通过，特授予钱中诚同志：[中华人民共和国公益慈善艺术名家]荣誉称号。

　　Qian Zhongcheng: Born in 1962 in Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, he is a Chinese calligrapher and painter, a national first-class artist, a senior art teacher trainer of the Ministry of Education's Electronic Education Office, a member of the China Artists Association, and a senior member of the China Collectors Association. He is also the vice president of the Nanjing Hanfeng Calligraphy and Painting Academy and a young student studying painting at Dongtai Arts and Crafts Factory. In the mid to late 1980s, he studied landscape under Fu Xiaoshi. Taking a unique approach and following the footsteps of different ancient and contemporary people, the brushstrokes are lush and clumsy, penetrating through the back of the paper, innovating and showcasing the unique brushstrokes of Chinese painting, which have been recognized by the calligraphy and painting industry at home and abroad. The excellent use of ink splashing colors and unique styles in teaching is a model in the industry!

　　In March 2023, the National Review Committee of the People's Republic of China awarded Comrade Qian Zhongcheng the honorary title of [Artistic Inheritance and Innovation Talent of the People's Republic of China]. In July 2023, after unanimous evaluation by the Review Committee of the National Association of Public Welfare and Charity, Comrade Qian Zhongcheng was awarded the honorary title of [Famous Artist of Public Welfare and Charity of the People's Republic of China].
