跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　笔名"草根堂主"，“开心堂主”，1962年出生于山东招远。79年从家乡考入军校，原空军某部上校政委，服役26年后自主择业。创办“草根堂文化工作室”。以弘扬国学易经智慧、传播德英文汉写书法为业。疫情期间又创办“沈阳奉天开心堂”，本着“心灵洗澡堂，生命返修场”宗旨，让许多人走出健康误区。事迹去年底被人民日报以《丰厚的心境 ，温润的形态 》采访报道，人民日报桑干主任近期做了《文化交融互通 艺术美美与共》达13分钟的视频记录采访报道，且在各大媒体转发。

　　他作为东北大学、辽宁大学、大多伦多中医学院等易经国学和内丹修炼客座教授。近十年来在国内外为大学、机关、部队和企事业单位讲授《揭秘神奇易经，启迪智慧人生》和《生命修复原理和实证课程》《健康的秘密》等近百场，风趣幽默，弘扬正能量，受到广泛好评。曾被有关机构授予《中国当代易学名人》。他感悟的六十四卦诗词书法被收入《世界名人大典》。

　　作为沈阳音乐学院南校区艺术客座教授，主讲歌词小品创作。他创作的歌曲《慈母般的军被》在军内传唱;《最香不过家常饭》作为辽宁电台每周一歌播出;创作的喜剧小品《招商引媳》带学生演出获东三省小品大赛一等奖。创作的由郭冬临主演的小品《电梯内外》在辽宁卫视、北京卫视春晚相继播。2023年被清华大学艺术学院聘为客座教授。

　　作为德英文汉写书法创始人，他连续三年受中国驻德国杜塞尔多 夫总领事馆邀请去当地参加中国节，其独创的"德英文汉写书法"在中 国节上成了一个颇受外国朋友"既能看懂又非常喜欢"的艺术品牌。到 目前为止有近千幅作品被外国总统、要员、领事馆及贵宾和友人收藏。中国节期间他把抄录的20多米长的《金刚经》和《道德经》书法小楷长卷分别赠送给主办城市杜塞尔多夫和科隆市政府收藏。

　　现任国 际道文化协会副主席、兼张三丰文化研究院院长;原辽宁省张三丰历 史文化研究会第三任会长。今后计划把“张三丰隐仙派内丹养生文化”(实修实证)和《如何让中国书画艺术走向世界》重点推向国内外，让更多的有缘人受益。

　　2022年9月由窦邃先生采访撰写的《让中国书法和经典文化走向海外的 摆渡人--外文汉写书法家郭春兴》(上下)被省市国家有关官方媒体相 继转发，此文还被列为“中国艺术家海外展播工程"，相继被美国时 代周刊英文网，华尔街日报英文网，洛杉矶时报英文网，纽约每日新 闻英文网，美国新科技英文网，阿联酋新闻英文网，英国卫报英文网 等七家网转播。同时被《欧华新移民文学》全文转发。

　　由他英文汉写、赵彦 春教授翻译的《英韵双语千字文、弟子规、三字经》巨著近期被新加坡环球出版社出版，这也是中国书法史上的一个创举。目前正在商谈如何在国内外发行。其中《英韵双语千字文》15米的书法长卷原作被深圳林先生1280万收藏捐赠。

　　His pen name is "Grassroots Hall Master" and "Happy Hall Master". He was born in Zhaoyuan, Shandong in 1962. In 1979, he was admitted to a military academy from his hometown and was a former colonel and political commissar of a certain air force unit. After serving for 26 years, he chose his own career. Establish the Grassroots Hall Cultural Studio. My profession is to promote the wisdom of traditional Chinese studies such as the Book of Changes, and to promote Chinese calligraphy in both German and English. During the epidemic, "Shenyang Fengtian Happy Hall" was established, with the aim of "spiritual bathing hall, life repair field", to help many people overcome health misconceptions. The story was reported by the People's Daily at the end of last year with an interview titled "Rich Mood, Warm Form". Recently, Director Sang Gan of the People's Daily conducted a 13 minute video recording interview titled "Cultural Integration, Interchange, Art Beauty and Harmony", which was forwarded to major media outlets.

　　In 2008, he joined the Chinese Classics Communication and Exchange Committee's National Studies Recitation Team, specializing in the I Ching and Neidan Tai Chi health culture for more than ten years. In 2017, as one of the main creators, I worked with my team to finally bring the recitation party of "The Light of Wisdom" from the Book of Changes to the stage. In addition to being broadcasted on Channel 4 of CCTV, it was also included in "Learning to Build a Strong Country". According to the song "Tai Chi" that he wrote lyrics for the evening party, the Shenyang Labor Union compiled the "Tai Chi Spirit" workshop exercise and promoted it throughout the city. And it was selected by the 8th and 9th Qiyunshan Zhang Sanfeng Tai Chi Health Preservation Conference and promoted among Tai Chi enthusiasts nationwide.

　　He is a visiting professor of the study of the Book of Changes, traditional Chinese medicine, and inner alchemy at Northeastern University, Liaoning University, and the University of Toronto College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the past decade, I have taught nearly a hundred lectures, including "Uncovering the Mysterious Book of Changes, Enlightening Wisdom in Life", "Principles and Empirical Courses of Life Restoration", and "Secrets of Health", to universities, government agencies, military units, and enterprises both domestically and internationally. I have been humorous, promoting positive energy, and have received widespread praise. Has been awarded the title of "Chinese Contemporary Yixue Celebrity" by relevant institutions. The 64 hexagrams of poetry and calligraphy that he comprehended were included in the World Celebrity Encyclopedia.

　　As a visiting professor of art at the South Campus of Shenyang Conservatory of Music, I am the main lecturer on the creation of lyrics and sketches. The song he created, "Mother like Military Cover," was sung within the military; "The Most Fragrant Home Meal" is broadcasted as a weekly song on Liaoning Radio; The comedy sketch "Attracting Daughters for Investment" created by the author won first prize in the sketch competition in the three eastern provinces, with students performing. The sketch "Inside and Outside the Elevator" starring Guo Donglin, which was created, was broadcast on Liaoning TV and Beijing TV Spring Festival Gala one after another. Appointed as a visiting professor at the School of Arts, Tsinghua University in 2023.

　　As the founder of German English Chinese calligraphy, he has been invited by the Chinese Consulate General in Dusseldorf, Germany for three consecutive years to participate in the Chinese Festival. His unique "German English Chinese calligraphy" has become a popular art brand among foreign friends at the Chinese Festival, which is both easy to understand and very popular. So far, nearly a thousand works have been collected by foreign presidents, dignitaries, consulates, VIPs, and friends. During the Chinese Festival, he presented the over 20 meter long calligraphy in regular script of the Diamond Sutra and the Tao Te Ching to the host city of Dusseldorf and the Cologne City Government for collection.

　　Current Vice President of the International Dao Culture Association and President of the Zhang Sanfeng Cultural Research Institute; Former third president of the Zhang Sanfeng Historical and Cultural Research Association in Liaoning Province. In the future, we plan to focus on promoting the "Zhang Sanfeng Hidden Immortal School's Inner Alchemy and Health Culture" (practical experience) and "How to Make Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Go Global" both domestically and internationally, to benefit more like-minded people.

　　The article "Guo Chunxing, a Foreign Chinese Calligrapher and Calligrapher," written and interviewed by Mr. Dou Shen in September 2022, has been reposted by official media at the provincial, municipal, and national levels. It has also been listed as a "Chinese Artist Overseas Exhibition and Broadcasting Project" and has been broadcasted on seven websites including Time magazine's English website, Wall Street Journal's English website, Los Angeles Times English website, New York Daily News English website, New Technology English website, United Arab Emirates News English website, and Guardian English website. At the same time, the full text of "European Chinese New Immigration Literature" has been reposted.

　　The masterpiece "English Rhyme Bilingual Thousand Character Prose, Disciple's Rules, and Three Character Classic" written by him in English and translated by Professor Zhao Yanchun has recently been published by Global Publishing House in Singapore, which is also a pioneering achievement in the history of Chinese calligraphy. We are currently discussing how to issue it domestically and internationally. The original 15 meter calligraphy scroll of "English Rhyme Bilingual Thousand Character Prose" was donated by Mr. Lin in Shenzhen for 12.8 million yuan in collection.

　　As a representative of Chinese artists and a representative of artists from the other four BRICS countries, we jointly publish an art special issue for distribution. Six calligraphy and painting works have been recommended for broadcast on the big screen of Times Square in the United States.
