跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　卢成之(卢秉新),号铁墨，卧虎堂主人，中国画虎百杰之一，牡丹江大学客座教授，国画工作室负责人，中国硬笔书法家协会会员、中国书画家协会名誉主席一级美术师，专业画家、世界纪录创造者。教育部家庭教育实验室研学旅行专家委员会专家，人力资源和社会保障部中华传统文化书画人才培训专家委员会专家，兼福建省孝善书画艺术研究院常务院长、牡丹江市民革党个人艺术成就入编《中国专家人才库》、《中国百家书虎画虎作品集》、《中国百年百虎国画精品集》等艺术典籍。2006年作品《云龙远飞驾、天马自行空》荣获中国国画家协会书画大展金奖。央视水墨丹青栏目组，《名家讲堂》签约艺术家，2010年作品《君威惊月图》入选中国画虎百家，同年作品《朗月金刚图》入选中国百年百虎展与徐悲鸿、齐白石、张善子、高剑父等前辈大师作品同展于中国美术馆并同刊于《中国百年百虎国画精品集》、作品《中华圣虎图》有央视鉴宝专家蔡国督老师亲临题跋，于2016年5月20日正式申请《世界纪录》成功并认证为《世界最大单只国画工笔虎》，同年被“上海大世界基尼斯总部认证为《中国最大单幅走兽工笔画》，为世界之最。

　　Lu Chengzhi (Lu Bingxin), also known as Tie Mo, is the owner of the Crouching Tiger Hall and one of the top 100 Chinese painting tigers. He is a visiting professor at Mudanjiang University, the head of a Chinese painting studio, a member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, and the honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association. He is a first-class artist, a professional painter, and a world record creator. Expert of the Research Travel Expert Committee of the Family Education Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, Expert of the Training Expert Committee for Traditional Chinese Culture Calligraphy and Painting Talents of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Executive Director of the Xiaoshan Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute in Fujian Province, and Personal Artistic Achievements of the Democratic Revolution Party in Mudanjiang City have been included in art classics such as the "Chinese Expert Talent Pool", "Collection of Chinese Hundred Family Calligraphy and Painting Tiger Works", and "Collection of Chinese Hundred Year Tiger Traditional Painting Boutique". In 2006, his work "Cloud Dragon Flying Far away, Heavenly Horse Riding in the Sky" won the Gold Award at the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of the Chinese Artists Association. CCTV Ink Painting and Painting Program Group, signed artist for "Famous Lecture Hall". In 2010, his work "Junwei Jingyue Tu" was selected as one of the 100 Tiger Painters in China, and in the same year, his work "Langyue Jinggang Tu" was selected as one of the 100 Tiger Painters in China. He was also exhibited at the China National Art Museum along with works by senior masters such as Xu Beihong, Qi Baishi, Zhang Shanzi, and Gao Jianfu. He was also published in the "Collection of 100 Tiger Traditional Chinese Paintings" and his work "Chinese Holy Tiger Tu" was personally inscribed by CCTV treasure appraisal expert Cai Guodu. On May 20, 2016, he officially applied for the "World Record" and was certified as the "World's Largest Single Chinese Painting Gongbi Tiger". In the same year, it was certified by the Shanghai Grand World Guinness Headquarters as the largest single animal meticulous painting in China, making it the world's largest.
