跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　陈生益，男，1949年1月生于陕西乾县。字为善。斋名若水堂、逸默斋。现为中国书协会员，国家一级书法师，陕西省书协会员，咸阳市书协常务理事，陕西省收藏家协会理事。现任陕西省老年大学书法教授兼编写书法教程教材(《篆书》、《隶书》、《行书》、《草书》)，专为原省级领导上书法课。2007年4月被中国书画学会聘任为副主席，10月被中国民族艺术家协会聘任为副会长，现任昆仑书画院副院长。

　　本人大专文化程度，曾毕业于中央党校函大，在中国书协培训中心研修班学习六年。自幼酷爱书法，从中学起先临习颜楷，后研习二王、怀素、黄庭坚、王铎大草和大篆，汉简等。作品多次入展全国和省市书展并获奖。

　　1999年隶书对联入展“庆建国50周年，迎澳门回归全国诗书联大赛”，获二等奖及奖牌。

　　2003年获《中国书协书法培训中心学员成果展》三等奖;

　　2004年获《中国书协书法培训中心学员成果展》二等奖;

　　2005年获《书法导报》国际书法篆刻年展三等奖;

　　2007年获《中国书协书法培训中心学员成果展》二等奖;

　　2008年作品入编文化部编印的《海内外中国书画艺术当代名家集》;草书入展《第三届加拿大中华诗书画大展》。

　　2009年作品入展由中国书协主办的《自然人文中华情》国际书法长卷大赛并获奖。10多年来，多幅作品被韩国、日本、新加坡、加拿大、芬兰、美国客人收藏。

　　自1995年以来，书法作品曾入编《全国毛泽东诗词书法精品集》、《中国西部十一省区书画展作品集》、《中国书法选集》、《当代书法艺术精英大典》、《现代中国书法》、《永远的总司令》、《陕西省书法展览作品集》、《传统与现代》等，本人艺术传略被入编《政协委员风采录》、《二十一世纪人才库》、《世界优秀专家人才名典》、《华夏英杰》、《中国国学大系》、《中国书画家志》、《中华风采》、《奠基新中国》等大型辞书;同时为当代中国国学名家系列丛书出版工程推介名家《中国国学名家》，全国仅60人。

　　书法作品曾在《书法报》、《书法导报》、《三秦书画》和《西部书画》等报刊发表。

　　书法作品多次被选入制作《建国70周年》《建党百年》《一带一路》等专题邮票。

　　Chen Shengyi, male, born in January 1949 in Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province. Words are good. The name of the Zhai is Ruoshuitang and Yimo Zhai. I am currently a member of the China Calligraphy Association, a national first-class calligrapher, a member of the Shaanxi Calligraphy Association, an executive director of the Xianyang Calligraphy Association, and a director of the Shaanxi Collectors Association. The current calligraphy professor and author of calligraphy tutorial textbooks (Seal Script, Li Script, Running Script, and Caoshu) at Shaanxi Elderly University, specializing in calligraphy classes for former provincial leaders. In April 2007, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Society, and in October, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Ethnic Artists Association. He is currently the Vice President of the Kunlun Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

　　I have a college education level and graduated from the Central Party School of China and the University of Letters. I studied in the training center of the China Book Association for six years. I have been fond of calligraphy since childhood. Starting from middle school, I first studied Yan Kai, and then studied Er Wang, Huai Su, Huang Tingjian, Wang Duo's large cursive script and seal script, as well as Han bamboo slips. The work has been exhibited at national and provincial book exhibitions multiple times and has won awards.

　　In 1999, the Li script couplets were exhibited in the "Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China and Welcoming the Return of Macau to the National Poetry and Book Federation Competition" and won the second prize and medal.

　　In 2003, won the third prize at the Student Achievement Exhibition of the Chinese Calligraphy Association Calligraphy Training Center;

　　In 2004, won the second prize at the Student Achievement Exhibition of the Chinese Calligraphy Association Calligraphy Training Center;

　　In 2005, won the third prize at the International Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Exhibition of Calligraphy Guide;
