跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　张远达，1942年4月生于云南文山，毕业于中央民族学院。地区作协理事，中国国画家协会会员，中国榜书研究会会员,台北故宫书画院名誉院长，客座教授。从小热爱书画, 长期坚持自学。作品曾多次参加全国展览，并获奖;并曾多次在《中国书画报》、《美术观察》、《美术报》、《中国艺术报道》，《书与画》、《书画艺术》、《中国收藏》等刊物上发表。书法曾被外交部, 国台办赠送联合国原秘书长潘基文及台湾地区原领导人马英九, 连战收藏。2010年入选当代最具学术价值与市场潜力的100位(山水)画家。2008年出版《张远达书画作品集》，2014年出版《一代大家___中国优秀名家系列丛书之张远达  欧阳中石合集》.2016年出版<< 中国艺朮品市场白皮书年度人物___张远达>>.2022年入选巜华夏遗产 . 艺朮之巅>>和巜中国美育档案一-走进中国近当代大师经典名家名作>>.2023年被中国文学艺术界联合会授予"中国书画终身成就奖"。被中国研创非物质文化遗产保护发展中心授予"全国第一批非物质文化遗产创新人才"荣誉称号。被国礼艺术家评审委员会授予"囯宝艺术大师"称号。并出版《中华墨宝》一一著名书画家张远达"。

Calligraphy has been donated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Taiwan Affairs Office to former UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon and former Taiwan leader Ma Ying jeou, and collected by Lien Chan. In 2010, he was selected as one of the 100 contemporary landscape painters with the most academic value and market potential. In 2008, the collection of Zhang Yuanda's calligraphy and painting works was published. In 2014, the collection of Zhang Yuanda's Ouyang Zhongshi, a series of excellent Chinese masters, was published. In 2016, the White Paper on the Chinese Art Market Annual Figure Zhang Yuanda was published.
