跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　赵永争，字甬正，笔名泉清、文翎，别署四雅斋主人，1962年生于河南西华，现居北京。现为中国人民大学画院书法导师，清华大学美术学院客座教授，北京现代管理大学特聘教授，中国书协理事，中国秦文研究会理事，中国楹联学会会员，中华诗词学会会员，中国硬笔书法协会会员，中国甲骨文书法艺术研究会会员，河南省美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，国家高级书法师，中国武术家书画协会副主席，中国诗书画出版社副社长，政协画院副院长，泉清书社社长。中国书法糊涂体非遗创始人，独创"泉清隶"录入《中华兰亭字库》。

　　出版有《中国高等美术院校教学范本一赵永争书法作品精选》《赵永争书法集》，《赵永争书法展作品集》，《当代名家名作精选一赵永争》，《“大道翰墨"一周口书法名家作品集一赵永争卷》，《赵永争书法雅联集萃》，《赵永争书法条屏集萃》，《赵永争书法斗方集萃》，《赵永争实用书法作品集》，《四雅斋墨迹一赵永争楷行隶篆系列字帖(一套八本)》等专集。作品曾被国家博物馆，中国历史博物馆，中国军事博物馆，外交部，国管局，中央办公厅老干部活动中心，钓鱼台国宾馆，中央电视台，人民日报社，中国佛教协会，香港卫视旅游台，马来西亚十邑博物馆，及部分名人博物馆收藏。作品及简介收录入《中华书画宝典》，《当代著名书画家辞典》，《中国当代书法家图鉴辞典》，《中华赵氏通鉴》等辞书。部分作品刻碑立于福建东峰碑林，滕王阁千龙艺术碑林，江苏新沂碑林，三门峡南山碑林，漯河许慎文化园碑廊，武汉长春观碑林等。作品入展美国旧金山中国书画大展，中国书画精英赴日展，第一第二届加拿大中华诗词书画大展，第四届中马书法交流展，中韩书画交流展，“八荣八耻"中国书法名人墨迹展在中央党校展出，曾在周口迎宾馆，浙江展览馆、北京皇苑艺术馆、国家画院展览中心、保利国际会展中心等多次举办个人书法展。

　　Zhao Yongzheng, with the courtesy name Yongzheng and pen names Quanqing and Wenling, is the owner of the Si Yazhai. He was born in Xihua, Henan in 1962 and currently resides in Beijing. I am currently a calligraphy mentor at the School of Painting at Renmin University of China, a visiting professor at the School of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University, a specially appointed professor at Beijing Modern Management University, a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, a member of the Chinese Qin Literature Research Association, a member of the Chinese Couplet Society, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, a member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a member of the Chinese Oracle Bone Calligraphy Art Research Association, a member of the Henan Artists Association, a national first-class artist, a national senior calligrapher, the vice chairman of the Chinese Martial Arts Calligraphy and Painting Association, the vice president of the Chinese Poetry and Painting Publishing House, the vice president of the CPPCC Painting Academy, and the president of Quanqing Calligraphy Society. The founder of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese calligraphy with a confused style, and the original creation of "Quanqing Li" was recorded in the "Chinese Orchid Pavilion Character Library".

The works and introductions are included in dictionaries such as "The Treasure of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting", "The Dictionary of Famous Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters", "The Illustrated Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers", and "The Comprehensive Mirror of Zhao Family in China". Some of the works have inscriptions erected in the Dongfeng Stele Forest in Fujian, the Tengwang Pavilion Qianlong Art Stele Forest, the Xinyi Stele Forest in Jiangsu, the Nanshan Stele Forest in Sanmenxia, the Xushen Cultural Park Stele Gallery in Luohe, and the Changchunguan Stele Forest in Wuhan. The works have been exhibited at the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in San Francisco, USA, the Elite Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in Japan, the 1st and 2nd Canadian Chinese Poetry and Painting Exhibition, the 4th China Malaysia Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, the China Korea Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, and the "Eight Honors and Eight Shames" Chinese Calligraphy Celebrities Ink Exhibition at the Central Party School. Personal calligraphy exhibitions have been held multiple times at the Zhoukou Guesthouse, Zhejiang Exhibition Hall, Beijing Huangyuan Art Museum, National Academy of Painting Exhibition Center, Poly International Convention and Exhibition Center, etc.
