跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　裴剑威，笔名默声。一九五七年生，毕业于山东工业大学管理系。自幼开始习字，酷爱书法，几十年不缀笔耕，九五年加入山东省书法家协会。其作品飘洒、俊逸、淡雅，多次获山东省和全国书法比赛的奖励。获得全国书画兰亭杯金奖和全国首届书画金墨奖金奖。现兼任中国兰亭书画院名誉院长、高级书画师;中国艺术名家研究院副理事长;中华民族文化研究院常务理事;中国国学研究会研究员。

　　其作品和业绩被编入《中国牡丹书画集》、《中国翰墨名家作品博览》、《中国专家大辞典》、《首届中国书画金墨奖精品集》、《激情岁月·庆祝建国六十周年诗画精品集》等许多部大型辞书和刊物中。去年逢建国六十周年，由中国文联、国家博物馆、中国美术馆等几家联合评选，入编《新中国书画六十年》大型书画作品品集。作品被中国文史出版社编入《艺术大师三人行》（沈鹏、裴剑威、刘大为）专辑。作品另被中国文联出版社编入《中国书画传奇人物》（欧阳中石、张海、裴剑威、刘大为、范曾、孙其峰）专辑。2011年在德国法兰克福“中德金融论坛”活动中，法兰克福与杜尔塞多夫两市均举办了《裴剑威书法作品展》，其作品被中国驻法兰克福总领事馆收藏并在正厅等重要部位展挂。

　　Pei Jianwei, pen name Mosheng. Born in 1957, graduated from the Department of Management at Shandong University of Technology. I have been practicing calligraphy since childhood and have a great love for it. For decades, I have not been devoted to writing. In 1995, I joined the Shandong Calligraphers Association. His works are flowing, elegant, and graceful, and have won awards in calligraphy competitions in Shandong Province and across the country multiple times. Won the National Painting and Calligraphy Lanting Cup Gold Award and the First National Painting and Calligraphy Gold Ink Award Gold Award. Currently serving as the Honorary President and Senior Calligrapher of China Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy; Vice Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Art Masters; Executive Director of the Chinese National Culture Research Institute; Researcher at the Chinese National Studies Research Association.

　　His works and achievements have been included in many large-scale dictionaries and publications, such as the "Chinese Peony Calligraphy and Painting Collection", "Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Ink Masters' Works", "Chinese Expert Dictionary", "The First Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Golden Ink Award Collection", and "Passionate Years: Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China Poetry and Painting Collection". Last year, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, several organizations including the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the National Museum, and the National Art Museum of China jointly selected and compiled a large-scale collection of calligraphy and painting works titled "Sixty Years of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy". The work was included in the album "Three Masters of Art" (Shen Peng, Pei Jianwei, Liu Dawei) by China Literature and History Publishing House. The work was also included in the album "Legendary Figures in Chinese Painting and Calligraphy" (Ouyang Zhongshi, Zhang Hai, Pei Jianwei, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Sun Qifeng) by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House. In 2011, at the "Sino German Financial Forum" event in Frankfurt, Germany, both Frankfurt and D ü sseldorf held the "Pei Jianwei Calligraphy Exhibition". His works were collected by the Chinese Consulate General in Frankfurt and exhibited in important areas such as the main hall.
