跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。

　　韩必恒1963年生于浙江，自幼与佛结缘，法号智恒。 善画花鸟，佛像。中国国务外事国宾礼特供艺术家、国家一级美术师，从事于文化工作并被特邀入选中国功勋人物。由文化与旅游部授予《一代艺术大师》荣誉称号、非遗文化传播大使、国务外交礼品师，2013年入编中国文联年鉴。

　　目前韩必恒先生书画作品被毛泽东纪念堂、中南海、人民大会堂、各大部委领导永久收藏。富贵吉祥图(工笔重彩孔雀600X170cm)悬挂展示在全国人大会议中心第一会议室。《富贵图》重彩孔雀480X180cm悬挂于胡锦涛总书记会议室。《一堂和气图》130X350cm悬挂展示在北戴河国家湿地森林公园。《华严三圣图》被台湾省国民党主席洪秀柱收藏。《观音菩萨》宝像由普陀山、九华山、五台山、峨眉山、雪窦山等方丈收藏。国画作品《朱鹮》，温家宝总理签名由北戴河国家湿地公园出版(五彩湿地候鸟天堂)首日封邮票。中共中央对外联络部2023年10月19日将韩必恒《吉祥图》90×180cm作为外交礼物赠予俄罗斯联邦总统弗拉基米尔·弗拉基米罗维奇·普京。

　　Han Biheng was born in Zhejiang in 1963 and has been associated with Buddhism since childhood, with the Dharma name Zhiheng. Skilled in painting flowers, birds, and Buddha statues. The Chinese State Council Foreign Affairs Ambassador Gift is specially awarded to an artist and a national first-class artist who is engaged in cultural work and has been specially selected as a Chinese meritorious figure. Awarded the honorary title of "Master of Arts of the First Generation" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ambassador for the Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and State Diplomatic Gift Teacher, it was included in the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Yearbook in 2013.

　　At present, Mr. Han Biheng's calligraphy and painting works are permanently collected by the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, and leaders of various ministries and commissions. The auspicious picture of wealth and prosperity (Gongbi Heavy colored Peacock 600X170cm) is hanging and displayed in the first conference room of the National People's Congress Conference Center. The "Fortune and Wealth Picture" with a heavy colored peacock measuring 480X180cm is hung in the meeting room of General Secretary Hu Jintao. The "One Hall Harmony Map" 130X350cm is hanging and displayed in the Zhongzhi Beidaihe National Wetland Forest Park. The painting "Three Saints of Avatamsaka" was collected by Hong Xiuzhu, Chairman of the Kuomintang in Taiwan Province. The treasure statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva is collected by the abbots of Mount Putuo, Mount Jiuhua, Mount Mount Wutai, Mount Emei, and Mount Xuedou. The traditional Chinese painting "Crested Ibis" was signed by Premier Wen Jiabao and published on the first day stamp of Beidaihe National Wetland Park (Colorful Wetland Bird Paradise). On October 19, 2023, the Foreign Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China presented Han Biheng's "Auspicious Picture" 90 × 180cm as a diplomatic gift to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
