跨越海峡的书画情港澳台书画作品大展，对于推动港澳台地区书画艺术的发展具有重要意义。它不仅能够为书画家们提供一个展示和交流的平台，促进彼此之间的学习与借鉴，还能够增进三地之间的文化认同和友谊。同时，通过线上展览的举办，也能够让更多的人了解和欣赏到港澳台地区的书画艺术，推动中华文化的传承与发扬。
胡建平，字：泓元山长，号：静平山人，兴全。出生1950年，老三届;
中国老子文化研究院创始人之一。现为国家一级美术师、文化艺术人才资料数据库战略合作书画家、中国老子文化研究院常务副院长兼浙江分院院长、《太极书法墨神合一》研究践行者、《世界博擊總會》常務理事、《世界搏擊總會》特聘書法專家、中国道教协会道家书画院艺术委员、北京市书协会员、慈溪市书协会员，中国人民大学首届道学带职研究生、浙江省宁波华夏德道文化发展有限公司董事长、宁波慈溪市桥头《泓元老庄书院》山长、宁波市第十届武协委员。获2016年《第23届全球中华文化艺术薪传奖》中华书艺奖。

One of the founders of China Laozi Cultural Research Institute. I am currently a national first-class artist, strategic cooperative calligrapher and painter in the cultural and artistic talent database, executive vice president and director of the Zhejiang branch of the China Laozi Cultural Research Institute, researcher and practitioner of the "Tai Chi Calligraphy Ink God Integration", executive director of the "World Boxing Association", specially appointed calligraphy expert of the "World Boxing Association", art committee member of the Daoist Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the China Taoist Association, member of the Beijing Calligraphy Association, and member of the Cixi Calligraphy Association. I am also a graduate student in charge of Taoism at Renmin University of China, chairman of Ningbo Huaxia Dedao Cultural Development Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province, mountain leader of the "Hongyuan Laozhuang Academy" in Qiaotou, Cixi City, Ningbo, and a member of the 10th Ningbo Martial Arts Association. Received the Chinese Calligraphy and Art Award at the 23rd Global Chinese Culture and Art Heritage Awards in 2016.
