　　陈福耀 1940 年生于广东始兴人，原任羊城晚报报业集团主任编辑 61 年毕业于佛山艺专国画专业，后进修广州美院。美术作品经常参加省、市全国及国际性大型美展，并获各种奖项，不少作品被国际友人、港澳台知名人士及国内美术馆、画院收藏。

　　2021 年 5月央视巜传承》栏目组特颁发巜传承》-《文化传承》书画名家-陈福耀文化传承工作室，传承中国文化弘扬中国精神。书画是最能体现人类情绪的载体之一，画的生命力也正是作者在画中投入情感的见证。

　　陈福耀的书画作品 ,抒发蕴积胸中的情感 ,形之于笔墨 ,自然平淡 ,毫无雕刻凿空之气。以自然世界的生命气象作为表现主题的内在构思 , 蕴涵文化思考与人生的体验 ,在意象的摄取中 ,运笔和写景中富有层次变化 ,以激情的状态 ,情感的表露 ,关切自然 , 表现出一个肃重内敛、宁静淡泊的精神世界。

　　Chen Fuyao was born in 1940 in Shixing, Guangdong province. He was formerly the director editor of Yangcheng Evening News Group. He graduated from Foshan Art College, majoring in Traditional Chinese painting, and later studied in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. His works often participate in provincial, municipal, national and international large art exhibitions, and won various awards, many works are international friends, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan celebrities and domestic art museums, art academies collection.

　　In May 2021, THE {Inheritance} section from CCTV was awarded the {Inheritance} - "Cultural Inheritance" {Calligraphy and painting} Chen Fuyao's Studio for cultural Inheritance, which aims to inherit Chinese culture and promote the Chinese spirit. 　　出版作品

　　1971 年、1975 年、1978 年分别由广东人民出版社发行《中学生美术教材》，《小交通海生》、《西江潮》等教材书和连环画画册 ;

　　1975 年、 1978 年由天津人民美术出版社出版发行《人物线描》 1、 2 集 ;

　　1985 年由岭南美术出版社发行《陈福耀作品选》( 国画册 ) ;

　　2010 年与中国美术家协会主席刘大为、中国书法家协会荣誉主席沈鹏联袂出版《艺术大师三人行》，由中国文史出版社出版，全国新华书店发行。

　　获奖荣誉

　　2013年作品入编由广东省委、省政府编制，中国大百科全书发行《广东百科全书》，并特聘为该书顾问之一 ;

　　2013年书法作品“神舟载福耀四方”被中国艺术飞天奖评委会评为“中国艺术飞天奖，终身成就奖 ”，并被评为中国航天文化艺术中心终身艺术顾问 ;

　　2016年由中国文化部人才交流中心策划，中国文联出版社出版，《翰墨缘深》— 刘大为、陈福耀作品集。福字在2019年年初二播放于美国纽约时代广场纳斯达克展屏幕上。

　　2019 年10月6日，代表广东省书画界入选中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体工作委员会《奋进新时代新文艺群体书画家名人录集》。此作同年被中国国家博物馆收藏，美术作品《放》被中国美术馆于2020年7月收藏。

　　2020 年 12 月被国际名人百科举荐为中国传统文化( 书画 )传承人。“一带一路共建繁荣，中国梦圆世界和平 ”和 “中国梦圆，世界和平 ”两幅书法被马素西亚住华使馆官员收藏。

　　2021 年由国际名人百科举荐，中国访谈网发布《 2021 年中国当代高层次书画艺术人才 ——范迪安陈福耀》。

　　On October 6, 2019, on behalf of guangdong province's painting and calligraphy industry, he was selected into the "Who's Who of Painters and Calligrapher in the New Era" by the New Art Group Working Committee of Chinese Association of Painting and Calligraphy. This work was collected by the National Museum of China in the same year, and The art work Fang was collected by the National Art Museum of China in July 2020.

　　In December 2020, he was recommended by the International Celebrity Encyclopedia as the inheritor of Chinese traditional culture (calligraphy and painting).
