金马开新岁，艺桥通四海

　　周宣成，湖南永州道县人，中共党员，在艺术领域成就斐然。他担任文化部艺术发展中心副主席，中国书画家研究会书画艺术事业部副主任，《中国美术家协会会员》，《中国老年书画研究会会员》，国宝级央新名人档案特聘名誉主席，获得世界级国际，金奖《法国卢浮宫金奖》，《中国艺术研究院大家之路，展出获得金奖，》入编《世界艺术巨匠大辞典》，《世界美术大辞典》获得艺术界最髙职称中国书画家研究会文化艺术委员会《艺术顾问》获得中国关工委《师资认证，考官认证》中华文化促进会美育工作委员会《艺术顾问》，拥有美国科罗拉多工程大学《艺术专业》荣誉博士学位、泰国朱拉隆功大学孔子学院荣誉博士学位。作品被世界名牌大学，牛津大学，剑桥大学，英国皇家美术学院，苏富比艺大学作为教学案例专供艺术教材教学。入编《世界高等艺术院校教育案例》，做为教学范本。

　　其艺术造诣获广泛认可，荣获国际艺术殿堂中国领军人物金奖、2025年外交新春书画展俄罗斯文化中心《金笔奖》、中国书画艺术金奖等诸多奖项，被授予中国非物质文化遗产传承大师等称号，还被评为世界艺术巅峰十大领袖人物、国家高级美术师。

　　周宣成身兼多职，担任中国文化信息协会文化产业专业委员会艺术顾问、中国国际教育电视台特聘艺术顾问等，同时是博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究会第一届副主席、中国东方文化研究会专委会副秘书长等。此外，他参加中央文旅部管理干部学院培训，发表中国山水画论文，其作品被泰国，马来西亚，俄罗斯，法国，英国等多国收藏，被纳入到，国宝档案保护，为艺术发展作出卓越贡献 。

　　Zhou Xuancheng, a native of Yongzhou Dao County, Hunan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has achieved remarkable success in the field of art. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, the Deputy Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Department of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the China Artists Association, and a member of the China Elderly Calligraphers and Painters Association. He is also the Honorary Chairman of the National Treasure-level Yingxin Celebrity Archives. He has won the world-class international gold award, the "Gold Medal of the Louvre Museum in France," and the gold award for his exhibition at the "Great Masters' Path" exhibition of the China National Academy of Arts. His works have been included in the "World Art Masters Dictionary" and the "World Art Dictionary." He holds the highest title in the art world, being an "Art Consultant" of the Culture and Art Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, and has obtained "Teacher Certification" and "Examiner Certification" from the China Working Committee for the Care of the Young. He is also an "Art Consultant" of the Aesthetic Education Working Committee of the China Cultural Promotion Association. He holds an honorary doctorate in "Art" from the Colorado University of Engineering in the United States and an honorary doctorate from the Confucius Institute at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. His works have been used as teaching cases and exclusively provided for art textbooks by world-renowned universities such as Oxford University, Cambridge University, the Royal Academy of Arts, and Sotheby's. His works have been included in "World Higher Art Education Cases" and used as teaching templates.

　　His artistic attainments have been widely recognized, and he has been awarded numerous accolades such as the Gold Award for Leading Figures in Chinese Art at the International Art Hall, the "Golden Pen Award" at the 2025 Diplomatic Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition at the Russian Cultural Center, and the Gold Award for Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art. He has been bestowed with titles such as Master of Inheritance of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage, and has also been recognized as one of the Top Ten Leaders at the Pinnacle of World Art and a National Senior Artist.

　　Zhou Xuancheng holds multiple positions, serving as an art consultant for the Cultural Industry Professional Committee of the China Cultural Information Association, a specially-appointed art consultant for China International Education Television, and more. He is also the first vice chairman of the Boao Asian Art Talent Research Association and the deputy secretary-general of the Special Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Association. Furthermore, he participated in training at the Management Cadre College of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Central Government, published papers on Chinese landscape painting, and his works have been collected by Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, France, the UK, and other countries. His works have been included in the national treasure archives for protection, making outstanding contributions to the development of art.
